Casa Makasi es una villa de lujo con vista al mar, recientemente renovada, ubicada en Mal País / Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Situada en las colinas, la villa está aproximadamente a 5 minutos del cruce del pueblo y de las playas de Santa Teresa y Mal País.
Rodeada de exuberante selva, vida silvestre y refrescantes brisas marinas, esta propiedad tranquila y privada ofrece comodidades modernas en un hermoso entorno costarricense. La villa tiene capacidad cómoda para hasta 8 huéspedes.

La villa está aproximadamente a 4 minutos del pueblo y cerca de playas de arena blanca, surf de clase mundial, restaurantes, cafeterías y todo lo que ofrece la zona de Santa Teresa. Disfrute de un acceso conveniente a la zona mientras mantiene la tranquilidad, la privacidad y espectaculares vistas del atardecer.
El servicio de limpieza está incluido tres veces por semana, excepto los domingos y días festivos.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes tienen acceso privado completo a toda la villa y al área de la piscina.
Los discretos encargados, una familia local, viven en un pequeño estudio separado cerca del área de estacionamiento. Es posible que ocasionalmente los vea allí, pero respetarán plenamente su privacidad.

- Es posible que haya tarifas especiales de temporada baja para dos huéspedes o estadías más largas. Comuníquese con el anfitrión para obtener más detalles.
- Es necesario contar con un vehículo utilitario deportivo resistente o un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas para llegar a la casa. El camino de acceso no está pavimentado y puede ser algo empinado.
- Conduzca despacio y con cuidado en el camino y alrededor del pueblo. El límite de velocidad es de 25 km/h.
- Se permite un máximo de 8 huéspedes en la casa.
- La villa está rodeada de selva y construida con materiales naturales, incluidas puertas y ventanas de madera y techos de caña brava. Puede ser difícil mantener completamente alejados a los insectos. Los huéspedes con una fuerte aversión a los insectos podrían preferir otra propiedad.
- Se incluye internet de fibra óptica con velocidades de hasta 200 Mbps, aunque la señal podría no llegar a todos los rincones de la casa.
- Ocasionalmente pueden ocurrir interrupciones del servicio de internet o de electricidad, y las tormentas a veces pueden afectar la calidad de la conexión. La propiedad no se hace responsable por problemas o interrupciones relacionados con el internet. - No se permite fumar dentro de la casa ni en la terraza. Solo se permite fumar en el área de estacionamiento. No deseche cenizas ni colillas en la basura doméstica, ya que esto puede hacer que toda la casa huela a cenicero.
- No se permiten visitantes externos ni huéspedes adicionales que no hayan sido aprobados previamente por el propietario, por razones de seguridad.
- No se permiten mascotas, a menos que el propietario las autorice específicamente con anticipación.

Lila was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed including a fun itenerary. Her property has amazing views from every room and was one of the highlights of our stay. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again.

Our stay at “Casa Makasi” was simply fantastic! The hostess was incredibly kind and always helpful. The house itself is beautiful, very clean and furnished with a lot of love. The service was first class and the view – simply spectacular! The breathtaking sunsets in particular made our stay unforgettable. Absolute recommendation!

Gorgeous, quiet location higher up on the mountain which is conveniently away from all the dust. 2 adorable dogs visited us on a few occasions. Spacious rooms with air conditioning in each one. Highly recommended for families or small groups.

Would 1000% recommend Lila’s ocean view home to anyone visiting Santa Teresa. It’s an amazing feeling to wake up with coffee and an expansive ocean view. It was so peaceful and quiet there, yet if we needed to head to town we were a short drive to restaurants and shops, and best of all beaches. Lila was a great host who was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for an unforgettable stay…one of the best AirBnB’s out there

Gorgeous view from the back of the house that overlooks the ocean. We enjoyed the warm salt water pool and the sunsets are incredible! The house was clean, private and comfortable and had almost everything we needed. (We did not have paper towels, laundry detergent, or ice. There is also only 1 blow dryer just so you know. ) Be aware that you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up the steep dirt and rock road. The road was our only challenge, otherwise we cannot complain about a thing. There are beautiful birds and butterflies all over the property and there is a caretaker and his dog on the property who were both very friendly. The host, Lila, was very nice, responsive, and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the steep rough road getting up to the house… it is worth it.

Our stay at Lilla’s place in Costa Rica was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked, Lilla was extremely helpful and responsive—always quick to answer our questions and provide great local tips that made our trip even more special. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. The property itself was stunning, but what truly took our breath away was the view—honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Costa Rica—you’ll be in great hands with Lilla, and the view alone is worth the trip!

We absolutely loved Lila’s place and would love to come back in the future. We already recommended to friends of ours with kids. The house is up on a hill and could be hard to get to without a 4x4 vehicle but the view of the ocean and peace and quiet being up above everything made it worth it. The drive to town was only 5 min. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We loved having laundry available in the house, the place was spotless and cleaned every two days while we were there. Kid friendly with a crib and high chair provided. Lila was super helpful and responsive to questions.

This house has amazing views! It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The house is just as it looks in the photos. Excellent and communicative host. Friendly neighbors. Another benefit is the house is only 5 -10 minutes from the restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend!
