We rented the house prior to an event at a nearby location. The interior and exterior spaces are excellent for sharing with the family. The house is very cozy and conducive to getting together with family and friends. The host service and communication are excellent.

Our stay was excellent. Daniela is a very caring host, always attentive, and also flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made everything much more convenient. The place is really beautiful, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Every evening, the manager would come by to set up the fireplace for us, a gesture we really appreciated. Several of the rooms have heating, and all the showers have hot water, making your stay very comfortable. The sauna was also perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need for a large group (there were 12 of us), and the playground for the children is in excellent condition, perfect for enjoying as a family. They also offer home delivery options if needed, which is very convenient. The location is in Subachoque, in the hamlet of La Pradera. As a recommendation, it is best to first go to La Pradera and from there enter the exact location of the hacienda, as the route is much more accessible.

Excellent place, the sauna with the eucalyptus in the same house is a wonderful experience, the silence and the climate are spectacular, the location is clear. Home delivery arrives at the house! A big plus, all the elements shown in the house work properly, from the heaters, stove, ovens, grills, fireplace and BBQ. The service was spectacular, the team was very friendly and always attentive to any request!

First things first. The house is beautiful, very spacious, elegant, and enough for a crowd. Full of many accessories and things to enjoy. HOWEVER, unfortunately we were unable to enjoy any of them, because the location is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the one shown in the listing at the time of booking. The message says that it is "15 minutes from downtown Subachoque", but the reality is that it is about 18 kilometers to the north, so if, for example, you have an event at Hacienda La Victoria, which was our case, the location is totally inconvenient. We had to arrive extremely late and leave extremely early to meet our projected schedules, which we had to modify due to this inconvenience.
