The Space
The Pink Villa is nestled in a gated area and surrounded by a lush tropical garden filled with fruit and coconut trees. It is considered the favorite villa at Villas la Paz. Guests will enjoy a private and exotic environment perfect for family and friends.
Relax on hammocks located in the villa’s charming palm hut, which features a wooden floor and overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. Upon arrival, you will find an open veranda furnished with comfortable seating and a stainless steel barbecue grill.
The villa includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms located to the right of the entrance. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the palm hut, where a dining table accommodates up to 12 people. The villa comes with all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
An optional cook is available for an additional $140 per day to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation. Alternatively, a nearby restaurant is within walking distance.

Very quiet place. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked super well. I recommend bringing some fans because there are none in the kitchen or on the terrace (dining area). The lady looked after us in a very cordial and very attentive manner. We had a wonderful time as a family ❤️

This place was great. Right at the pool. near many beaches. secluded. monkeys at the pool every day. place was clean and i highly recommend this place to anyone. a true gem! and they have AC in the bedrooms!

Excellent space to enjoy with the family. In the afternoon, we had a visit from a family of monkeys. Very close to the beach. Excellent service and always willing to help. I am definitely planning to return today.

Very cool house to stay at! We were greeted by a family of howler monkeys when we arrived. Puerto Viejo is the closest beach and it is beautiful and calm and great for kids. Conchal is farther away, 20-25 min walk. Loved our stay.

We loved staying here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Comfortable accommodations, fantastic area, beautiful grounds and responsive host. Our plane was delayed five hours and Andres was there to meet us when we got in. We hope to return! Animals spotted from the patio: geckos, Cane Toad, and howler monkeys
