El espacio
Esta casa cuenta con muchas áreas diferentes para que disfrute de una amplia variedad de posibilidades, como contratar a un chef privado para nuestra cocina totalmente equipada u organizar un evento en el bar privado del rancho del jardín.
Disfrute de la amplia piscina con sus amigos o familiares, o de su café nicaragüense por la mañana mientras observa los botes salir del puerto histórico de SJDS.
Si viaja con niños, avísenos y prepararemos nuestro exuberante jardín con su propio pequeño barco pirata y otros juguetes divertidos.
Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y la mayoría cuenta con baño privado con agua caliente para una estancia cómoda.
Otros aspectos importantes
- El consumo de electricidad está limitado a 80 KW/DÍA.
- Cada KW adicional tendrá un costo de U$ 0.50.
- La casa incluye un generador de respaldo con suficiente capacidad para suministrar energía al aire acondicionado y a toda la casa.

We hosted a bachelor party on site for a small group. The space was more than we needed. The staff were very friendly. We had a security guard on site 24/7 to keep the home secure, and a cleaning lady came each day to clean the common areas. Nearly every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, and all six bedrooms had dedicated air conditioners. We were cautioned on arrival that we had been allowed 80 kilowatt hours each night of our stay and that we would have to pay $1 USD for each 2KWh that we used over the allotment. We stayed five nights, and used 90% of the allotted power. We ran the air conditioning in five bedrooms at night, but kept them turned off during the day. Something to be aware of if you are going to be using all six bedrooms, or if you plan on running the AC all day. It is possible to overspend on energy and the bill could rack up quite quickly if you’re not careful. Overall the stay was amazing; great location, many restaurants, clean space, great staff. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful spot, nice and spacious outdoor area. The wonderful caretaker cooked us an amazing meal as well for $20 which was well worth it so I highly recommend taking her up on that. The property management company was very responsive as well, I would recommend staying here.

I have stayed at this property four times over the past four years, and unfortunately, its condition has consistently declined. While the location remains excellent and conveniently within walking distance to the beach, the current state of the house is unacceptable given the price being charged. Despite Eduardo’s efforts to accommodate us, we experienced multiple serious issues during our stay, including a fly infestation throughout the house, a significant roach problem in the kitchen, and an inadequate supply of basic kitchen utensils. These issues should not occur in a property positioned at this price point. Although the house is visually appealing and the staff is friendly and helpful, the lack of proper maintenance and oversight from the owner significantly detracts from the overall experience. Without meaningful attention to cleanliness, pest control, and upkeep, this property does not meet reasonable standards or justify its cost.

Great location, pretty close to downtown by the beach. A spacious and comfortable house for all guests. It has 24-hour security, so it generates a lot of confidence. Check-out is quite tedious, so I recommend doing it at least an hour before your transportation leaves.
