This was a lovely place. Very nice and well up to date.. it's just a lil frustrating that we basically book this location and place due to the images we seen online (with the volcano) in the background. Unfortunately we could see the volcano from Baldi Hot Springs which was 9 minutes up the road but we couldn't see the volcano from the balcony as shown in the pictures online.. That was our only issue . But we love this spot highly recommended!!!

This place exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Opening the garage to see the beautifully lit pool and gorgeous home was such a great first impression. The hosts thought of everything, from fresh fruit and ponchos to all the little details that made our stay comfortable. Coffee was within walking distance, and both the A/C and washer worked flawlessly. We only had one night here, but we wished we had stayed longer. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Arenal. As a final example of their outstanding hospitality, we accidentally left behind an AirPod after checkout. The hosts immediately reached out to let us know and were incredibly helpful in coordinating its return. That level of care and attention really stood out and made a great stay even better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Diego was wonderful. He was very quick to respond, and made excellent recommendations for places to eat. The concierge service was outstanding. The excursions he recommended were amazing, and made it extremely easy to book. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations at the house were exception. The pool and hot tub were a hit with out boys. There are plenty of local coffee shops and places to eat and get groceries within walking distance. La Fortuna was very close, and the house was also close to popular activities. I would highly recommend this villa, and Diego. We had a great time!!
