The main house includes four spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, while the casita offers three additional bedrooms. If you only require four bedrooms, inquire about a discount.
Inside, you’ll find two large living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and multiple outdoor dining areas and decks. The rooftop terrace is ideal for stargazing and taking in panoramic views of Akumal Bay.
Architectural highlights include domed brick archways leading to a terrace adorned with authentic Mayan stone carvings and a centuries-old Chac-Mool statue. The grand kitchen features new appliances, a custom bar, and a wine refrigerator. Outside, an outdoor grill provides a perfect setting for cookouts.

Please be aware that south winds can occasionally bring Sargassum seaweed to some Caribbean beaches, including those along the Riviera Maya. While it is difficult to predict the exact timing or impact, this natural occurrence may affect beach conditions and water access.

What a beautiful stay we had at Casa Texana! The home is situated in a peaceful housing complex, and the family who lives on-site was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They kept the house spotless every day without us ever having to request maintenance. A level of service that made our stay even more comfortable! Gabriel was especially amazing! Always available, extremely attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed throughout the trip. His hospitality made a huge difference in our overall experience! The house itself was exceptional, especially the outdoor patios and the pool-which were maintained daily. The A/C was a huge plus with vents in every bedroom as well as the shared family areas, which made escaping the heat easy and comfortable. One minor downside was the amount of seaweed on the beach during our stay. However, the host had previously informed us about it prior to our arrival. Over, my family and I loved it and would absolutely go back!!

We stayed at Casa Texana for a family reunion with 12 of us. The place was amazing! The house is very nice, just as advertised. Gaby and Christina did a wonderful job cooking and cleaning for our group. Our favorite part was the beautiful beach. Yes, there are rocks at the shoreline and you do need water shoes but this means that the snorkeling is AMAZING! So many fish to see! We also had fun walking down the beach 30 min to Akumal and swimming with the sea turtles. The location really is perfect.

Roger, who was our contact was very responsive to anything we needed. Home was nice enough, though an odd layout. Beach was surprisingly rocky if your family likes using the beach. It is not a beach for playing in the water. Walking to a resturant is really not possible, rocky shoreline makes it extremely difficult for most.

13 of us, including 5 kids, ages 4 - 10. Casa is beautifully situated on a beach with sunny and shady areas, just steps away from the ocean. While the beach front is public with people walking & jogging by, it feels private. Bring water shoes — the ocean bottom is covered by sharp corals. Casa generously offers some shoes, if you don’t mind wearing communal, as well as floaters, sand toys and goggles. Polite & courteous staff cooked 4 delicious dinners that we really appreciated. Casa is specious, with private nooks. Has good “bones” & beautiful architectural details, but is in need of repairs, updated furnishings and scrubbing. Several mirrors are covered with rust, windows and screens don’t shut snugly allowing mosquitos in, no-longer-white towels are stained, some mattresses are too soft from use. There are cockroaches inside. Friendly manager tried to accommodate, although not always timely or successfully. We really wanted to love it, but it fell short of expectations.

Casa Texana was magical! the beach and water were beautiful. The house is clean and spacious & Fantastic. Gabi was awesome, every meal was great! Roger was great. the house, beach and location are amazing! Could not recommend more highly!

I went to Casa Texana for my bachelorette party. It was 12 girls. The home was spacious and clean. The beach access was amazing. Pool was nice. We had the best time! Will be planning another trip here. Thank you so much!
