Casa de los Abuelos, que significa “Casa de los Abuelos”, es una espaciosa casa frente al mar en el famoso poblado de Las Conchas, en Puerto Peñasco, también conocido como Rocky Point. Esta amplia y hermosa propiedad frente al océano, de estilo mexicano, se encuentra a pocos pasos del agua. Cuando la marea está alta, las olas pueden llegar hasta las paredes de la casa.
La casa es ideal para familias numerosas y ofrece:
- Dos terrazas con vista al océano
- Amplio espacio para que jueguen los niños
- Áreas exteriores para relajarse con una bebida fría
- Vistas de hermosos atardeceres sobre el océano
Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo a todas las áreas abiertas de la casa. Un almacén, utilizado para artículos de eventos y decoración, está fuera de los límites. De lo contrario, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del resto de la propiedad.
Otros aspectos que debes tener en cuenta
Se permiten vehículos todoterreno, RAZRs y otros vehículos para arena, pero no pueden conducirse en la playa.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! Jesus communicated well, was very responsive, and even allowed us to have a Banda play during permitted HOA hours, which made our trip extra special. The home was clean, easy to find, had cold AC, comfortable beds, and plenty of dishware and cutlery since we cooked often. Walmart is conveniently nearby, while the home still feels peaceful and removed. For larger groups, the layout is helpful to know: the main house has 3 king bedrooms, a small room with 2 twins (att to master), an additional small bedroom (1st floor), and multiple full(4) bathrooms. The guest house has a king room plus a back room with a sofa bed, full and twin beds, 2 bathrooms, and toys for kids. There is plenty of living, dining, and kitchen space for everyone. We visited during a hot, humid time of year, which we expected, and quickly acclimated and enjoyed the beach and water. Jesus was also very receptive to our suggestions at checkout. Will stay again!

My sister in law had her first wedding at this beautiful beach front home. It was a great experience. The home is beautiful beach front big enough for large families. The view is amazing! We did have a power outage the last day we were there, it was all over town & last over 12hrs. Jesus was responsive on communicating the status of the outage.

I loved the home, very clean next to the beach if I had a problem he responded with in seconds. My family and I were very happy in this house. It was quiet, peaceful. I have no complaints. I would recommend it, I would come back to this house again.
