Casa Colette is situated in the peaceful Veleta South neighborhood, offering easy access to Tulum’s top restaurants, wellness studios, and jungle attractions. The villa is a short 9-minute drive from the beach.

Additional Information

• The access road to the villa is now fully paved.
• Clem, the co-host, and her team will welcome you upon arrival and serve as your knowledgeable concierge throughout your stay. They can assist with airport transfers, tours, restaurant bookings, grocery shopping, and other personalized services. Clem has extensive local knowledge of Tulum’s hidden gems and popular dining spots.

Important Notes

• Water shortages and power outages occasionally occur in Tulum. The villa staff strives to maintain guest comfort during these events but advises awareness of this possibility.
• Due to ongoing construction in Tulum, guests may experience noise from nearby building projects between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Noise levels vary daily and are beyond the villa’s control. Guests planning daytime outings are unlikely to be affected.
• Construction noise is common throughout Tulum except in the hotel zone along the beach.
