It is the perfect place to be close to the San Juan del Sur Bay, but at the same time without so much noise.

really recommend this house - although up a steep hill it means it’s more secluded and peaceful as the town can be lively! 2 bathrooms and the pool was such a bonus. very responsive and helpful host if we had any questions.

Chris’ place is as described. He’s very responsive and understanding. The place is clean, he has a list of restaurants to visit while you stay at his place. The pool is always clean and perfect to swim in. There is friendly security and cleaning staff. I’ve stayed at his place twice already and would go back if I go to San Juan again

We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and nightlife. The condo and pool were clean. And I cannot rave enough about the staff on site. They were super friendly and available for any question we had regarding the condo and travel accommodations. I'd highly recommend this place. The only downside to this place is the the road to the condo is very steep.

The host is very kind, the place is very nice, the house is fully equipped, and has a wonderful view.

The pool is a little small and shared. To get there there there is a very steep climb.

Excellent spot, with a relaxing pool and some nice views. place was comfertable. The road up to the condo is very steep and it is challenging to turn in to the parking spots, when arriving. Just be aware of this if you're driving. Short walk down to the town was good and we felt safe. Thank you.

Chris's house is very nice, and has a great location at a high altitude. The pool is great and allows you to cool down if do not want to go the beach. San Juan del Sur beach is few minutes away.
