Perfect Location in the heart of Guiones. Very safe part of the neighborhood and walking distance to all shops restaurants and beach. Place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and nice. The rooms were also very private with the lush palms giving plenty of privacy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This listing is exactly as it looks and the location is perfect, close to beach, restaurants, yoga, Pilates- everything! The best part is the pool and shaded porches as it gets so hot midday. We met fellow travellers and shared stories poolside which really made for a fun week. On a personal note this area is packed with vehicles which surprised me (as I love to walk & since Nosara is such a “wellness place” ) but it’s easy to get away from the vehicles to the beach and walk all day long so no complaints. The noise was never an issue. We would 100% come back here and recommend this Airbnb. 🙏

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Villas Costa Bella Studio Apartment, #2! We've been to Nosara a number of times and Villas Costa Bella are in a perfect location for walking to beaches, restaurants and shops in the beautiful area. The studio was as pictured and described with a private little patio area that was a plus. We appreciated how communicative Susan was in advance of our stay -- answering our questions and checking-in proactively. And, the property manager and assistant were welcoming and informative. Lovely security guard in the evening as well. We will absolutely consider staying at Villas Costa Bella again when we return!

Loved staying here. Very safe, beautiful gardens, and great location. As a solo traveller it was nice to have a complex where you can meet other travellers as well.
