Please note that occasional power outages may occur due to the local electrical infrastructure in this part of Nicaragua. While these interruptions are infrequent, they are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible.
To reduce inconvenience, especially for guests needing reliable internet access, the apartment is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that keeps the Wi-Fi repeater operational for up to three hours during outages. Additionally, the main hotel router has its own UPS backup, maintaining service for around five hours. During extended outages, the internet connection remains available, though the signal strength may be weaker than usual.

Casa Vitini is beautiful. We liked it very much. My only recommendation is to put up darker curtains in case you want to sleep a little longer. Great place, great service and location.

Casa Vitini was a peaceful stay, perfect for a rest after travel or the beach. The room was clean and quiet, and the pool area was great for relaxing. There is plenty to do within walking distance while not being in the center of the town, which was good for sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay at this cute villa near the beach. I’ve stayed here before, and it was just as great as I remembered. Lucas is a fantastic host. His team is friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was a really nice bonus and perfect for relaxing, and the location is super convenient. Being able to walk around easily and get to the beach made everything so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Exceptional stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and perfectly located, just minutes from the beach. The place is quiet, well appointed and even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts are attentive and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and would come back without hesitation!

Comfortable, A/C is a big plus. Lucas went out his way to make sure we settled in. Luis, Jackie and Martha - the staff were wonderful. We stayed a month with a young child. It was very pleasant
