We had such a great time! It was far enough from the louder parts of Sayulita, but close enough to walk and very close to a couple really good food options. The place was clean, the pool was refreshing and our entire family had a blast. If you don’t like walking I would suggest renting a golf cart.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The views from both balconies were absolutely incredible, especially the upper balcony as we spent most of our time relaxing up there and soaking it all in. The sunsets were stunning, and the outdoor shower on the upper balcony was such a fun and unexpected bonus. The space itself was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook during our stay. We even grilled local fish one night on the barbecue, which was a highlight. The host was also fantastic and very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views!

Great location just outside of town. Everything is in walking distance. Beach access only minutes away. We had a great stay.

This condo is gorgeous! My favorite thing was the outdoor shower with a view. It was far enough from town to be quiet but close enough for restaurants and fun. David in particular was very communicative and extremely quick with responses. We had one little hiccup which was remedied by the time we were back from dinner. We loved Sayulita and loved this condo. Hope to come back soon!

Location is great, beautiful sweeping views and a two-minute walk to the beach. About a 5-10 minute walk to town. We LOVED the top deck with the outside shower. We are a family with adult children and it was a great spot for us. They also have daily cleaning which I think is a rare treat for an Airbnb. Having said that, I had invited my 80-year old mother and in the end was glad she wasn't able to make the trip as a caveat for this location is that it really isn't a great one for someone with any limited mobility, lots of narrow stairs and uphill walking (although, you could help a bit with a golf cart rental for your stay) The management company was also great and was really hustling to get us sorted out, I appreciated their efforts. One other thing to note when looking for a rental, the kitchen, is really more of a kitchenette by my standards, no dishwasher, no standard oven, supplies are minimal, etc.

This property seemed perfect based on reviews and photos, and I appreciated the promise of a five-star experience, including a cleaning person and a washer and dryer.However, I was disappointed to find the house dirty upon arrival. The rooms were dusty, with hair on the floors and beds, and the bathrooms were not clean. I couldn’t let my baby sleep comfortably due to these cleanliness issues. My baby even found a piece of pizza under the bed, indicating a lack of proper cleaning.Additionally, I found rat droppings around the windows. The host responded quickly when I reported these issues, promising a cleaning the next day, but I learned that the washer and dryer were not included, which is crucial for families. The property is on the second floor, making it hard to manage with a stroller.Lastly, the cleaning staff came in sick and passed her illness to my one-year-old and me. I believe staff should avoid coming in when unwell for the safety of guests. Overall, I felt I wasted money an

Wonderful stay! The views are even better than the pics and great location just far enough from the busy areas but close to great restaurants, couldn’t get the girls out of the pool!

This was our first visit to Sayulita. Our host, David, really helped us prepare and made us super excited about going and he was absolutely, spot on! The location of this condo is great being on the north side and quieter area of Sayulita. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk and there are multiple access points from the road leading to the condo. There were 3 beach chairs and umbrella stocked in the home for guests to use which we used on a daily basis as we rented a car and explored other beaches. We always felt safe. The condo itself is very spacious with beautiful outdoor decks. You can hear the waves even with the windows closed at night! We loved that. The 3 bedrooms all had comfortable beds. Just note there is no tv in the main living room area, only in one bedroom downstairs. Not an issue but something to note. We ate out for all our meals because the restaurants in Sayulita are amazing and David has the best recommendations! We can’t wait to return.
