We’ve stayed in CDMX 8 or so times and this spot is amazing, especially for larger groups. It’s often difficult to find a place with 3 separate rooms for an affordable so this place was perfect. The house is also located in the middle of Roma Norte and as such everything feels like a short walk away whether you want to go to Panaderia Rosetta or Handshake Speakeasy. The other major complaint for stays in Roma Norte is the noise but as the house is located in a no-through road it is probably the quietest street in all of Roma Norte. The house itself is great and also surprisingly massive

Absolutely loved this apartment! Will stay again!! The church bells do toll every morning at 730 but as long as you can sleep through or fall asleep again you’re good to go!!

Big, beautiful house full of interesting art, with an amazing roof deck full of plants (and art objects). Authentic to the neighborhood - felt like we were staying in our cool friends’ house while they were away. We loved it for the decor, the space, and the location in Roma Nte. The primary outdoor seating/deck is off the upstairs bedroom, which you need to walk through to access it. That bedroom doesn’t have a door to it but has an otherwise private feel (up a set of stairs). These were not problems for us but maybe worth noting depending on your group. The gardeners needed access one day for a few hours - they were lovely people and the plants show their love. Really amazing house.

Very spacious, well decorated, well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, plentiful hot water, lots of towels, big screen smart TV, close to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store. Responsive to requests.
