A beautifully styled 3-bedroom home located in the heart of Cartagena’s historic center. Just steps away from the best restaurants, bars, and cultural spots the city has to offer. The house features a spacious open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a refreshing splash pool on the ground floor. On the second floor, you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms, while the third floor hosts the third ensuite bedroom, a climate-controlled jacuzzi, a rooftop lounge, and a BBQ area. The space Guests can enjoy a private pool on the ground level and panoramic 360° views of Cartagena’s old town from the rooftop terrace. The house also features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table, two inviting common areas (living room and rooftop), and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Guest access Either I (your host) or our housekeeper will personally welcome you, provide the keys, and walk you through the home. Guests have full, unrestricted access to all areas of Casa Allegra during their stay. Other things to note We do not allow wild or disruptive parties. Casa Allegra is located in a residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and the integrity of the space. Drug use and any form of destructive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, as it can put guests and the property at risk. Cartagena unfortunately deals with sex tourism issues, and Casa Allegra has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sex tourism. This is non-negotiable and aligns with both legal requirements and our personal values. While you're welcome to have visitors during the day, overnight stays are limited to registered guests. The place is a beautiful old colonial townhouse The location is great. One block from the Santa Clara hotel and close to many great restaurants The reviews we read were more positive than what we experienced We are giving four stars because the great location and Karina (housekeeper) was very responsive and attentive The house has great potential but needs some upgrades The kitchen and dining are integrated but the peninsula only sit 3-4 people comfortably The kitchen is not stocked very well - there is an usually collection of plates, glasses and pots/pans which makes it hard to cook a meal The two main bedrooms are very comfortable but the solar shades did not work during our stay The bathrooms are nice but one of the showers does not have a curtain which causes the floor to be slippery The jacuzzi is great but needs some attention None of the stairs have rails and going up and down can be a little tricky Note: the host was unresponsive before and during our stay

This our 3rd stay here. Mai was very accommodating, as we booked at the last minute. Great location, walkable to any part of Centro. Our housekeeper, Carina, was the best. Breakfast every morning and kept the house spotless clean.

I spent the end of my birthday here as I met up with family to enjoy after my couples getaway. This was the perfect spot to end a fabulous birthday. Looks just like it did in the photos and the third bedroom is actually the best in the house according to one of my guests despite being the smallest! Walkable to everything. May be hard to find with some drivers , but not too difficult. And even though it’s close to most things it is a private location. Karina is the best and I can’t wait to stay again!!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the old town of Cartagena. Room for our whole family, with the amazing courtyard pool for a swim at the end of a hot day, or hot tub on the roof overlooking the town. Excellent AC, a well-equipped kitchen, very good daily housekeeping, great WiFi. The location was perfect - if we wanted, we could have eaten an incredible meal every day within a few blocks. Will absolutely stay again. One of our favourites.

After very last minute changes, we booked Mai's about an hour before we were supposed to check in. Mai was more than accommodating, friendly, and super responsive. Immediately, the housekeeper, who I cannot rave about enough, was on her way to get the place ready and let us in - she was amazing, friendly, and did an incredible job, even coming a few times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The place itself was amazing - on a very quiet street but a very quick walk to the nightlife, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Thank you mai for the most exceptional hospitality. Nice place with dual pools and comfortable beds. Has everything you need. Host was very friendly and I would love to stay here again because of her.
