Relax in this unique and quiet getaway. This unique place has its own style. Enjoy your stay in a wonderful Boca Zama condominium, right in the middle of Zona Centro and Tulum Beach. My apartment has 2 rooms with orthopedic beds, exceptional pillows and spacious own bathroom; in addition to living room, dining room, Mini Bar, Kitchen and Pool Table. The building has a pool, exceptional lounge chairs, free and secure parking, plus private access. The space Your own space in one of the best developments in Tulum, stay in a condo that feels like your home, enjoy quiet enviroment and breathe fresh air in the pool area, disconnect yourself and relaxing on your vacation time. It also has a beautiful pool where you can relax in our hammocks above the water. It is within a secure private gated community and parking is also included. Guest access Please be respectful of the local flora and fauna and be mindful with waste and electricity consumption. Tulum is a fast developing area and there might be construction noise. Très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Alessandro. Le logement est bien situé entre la zone hôtelière et le centre ville. Il est spacieux et agréable. Nous avons loué des vélos à l’accueil de la résidence auprès du gardien ( très sympathique ) ce qui était très pratique.

Spacious living room, both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Pool area is nice and location is close to the beach and central Tulum. Some of the amenities were not as described, cleaning needs to be improved and check in communication needs to be accurate to avoid issues. Overall for the price there are better options in the area.

We had a comfortable stay, the space was exactly as described and the location was perfect for getting to both the beach and into town via bicycles (which we rented from the building’s front entrance attendant). There were some issues around the fridge and one of the bathrooms, but hosts were very responsive and sent maintenance to check out the situation. Overall, we had mostly everything we needed to cook and do laundry, and we enjoyed both the pool and the pool table.

First let me start off by saying the hosts were very responsive and always came off friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is due to finding a lot of ants on one of the bed the 1st night of 4 nights and it was all over me when I woke up to loud neighbors playing in the pool at 4:30 AM. I felt things crawling on me and found out there were ants coming from the wall. I messaged the hosts about it and they offered to fumigate which I refused due to not wanting to have my things to smell of insecticide. I slept on the couch which were thankfully free of ants. However later we realized there were ants in the kitchen as well and tried to use the kettle which had a bunch so couldn’t use it. The WiFi also stopped working from our 3rd evening to the next late afternoon which was inconvenient. I contacted the host for all issues and they did try their best to help but was still just overall not the best experience I had in an Airbnb. It was also raining so they said ants were bc of that.

This is a great location for travelers seeking more than just beaches. It offers walkable access to local markets, cafés, restaurants, yoga classes, rentals, tourist agencies, Tulum center, and ADO buses. It’s convenient and saves on taxi costs compared to pricey beachfront stays. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained. There’s no TV, which we loved, but no microwave either (though there’s a stove). WiFi is fast and reliable, with no issues with water or electricity. Public beaches are about 15 minutes by bike, 45–60 minutes walking, or under 10 minutes by taxi, making them relatively easy to access. The courtyard and water pool are peaceful, safe, and beautifully designed. The indoor pool table, however, feels cramped on two sides, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great access to local culture and the wonders of the Yucatán, perfect for those who want comfort, affordability, and a balance of beach and city life. Highly recommended!
