Everything was excellent. The accommodation was very nice, with a great view. The area was quite quiet. Everything was super clean. The room is very comfortable. The service was very good. They are very friendly and cordial. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place to stay! Very nice staff and beautiful views from the terrace. Will definitely come back next year for my trip! Will probably go for the room with a TV next time just by preference, other than that no complaints!

The condo is on the south side of the island next to Danuccio’s one of the best restaurants on the Island. There’s a restaurant on the property with excellent food and a morning coffee shop. Beth the girl that did check in was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying there the value for the price is exceptional. Couldn’t be happier.

This is a very nice villa in a peaceful, beautiful part of the island. The hosts are very responsive and the on-site staff is friendly and helpful. Pictures are very accurate and, if anything, they don't show exactly how spacious and comfortable the space is. Pros: What you see is what you get. Clean, full kitchen. Restaurants on both sides of the villa (Mayakita and Denuccio's) are both very good, especially the breakfast at Mayakita. Lots of space for a family of five adults. The location on the south side of Isla Mujeres is a nice space to get away from the crowds/noise of Playa Norte, but only a short trip to visit (rent a golf cart). Cons: We chose this place for the hot tub, but it was not functioning (would not get hot) for the entirety of our stay. Hosts were apologetic and made attempts but could not fix while we were there - disappointing. There were a couple of shower issues which were resolved during our stay and another plumbing issue that could not be resolved.

Great place. Location was also great, except transportation was a hassle because we didn't have a golf cart. Otherwise great.

This is the second time we have stayed, and we love it. Family of 4 with teenage kids and bring grandma along. Works well for us. Everyone is helpful, quiet, great outdoor spaces, beautiful views. I really have no complaints and plan to book again in the future.

Mayakita was a beautiful property and the staff on site were great. The restaurant property was delicious for breakfast and lunch and close to many others for dinner.
