Everything was very nice! We spent a few wonderful days at this magnificent property. Everything was 100%. Of course we would come back. It's an excellent option, especially because of the spectacular beach, which is free of sargassum. We went for a walk every morning and were lucky enough to see turtles swimming... incredible! We recommend it 100%. Don't hesitate!

Written confirmation of a view, no loud music or renos. Exact opposite was the case. They would not work with us to fix the issue of lack of water view but charged water front prices. They offered no information on the unit or nearby services. We requested face to face to discuss problem but they would not. The manager agreed to call at a set time but NEVER called. La Amada is notorious for telling tourists they would have a water view when they do not. The unit is in the back of the property. Approx. 2 blk walk to ocean. 3 surrounding hotels all have outdoor music playing at once. This is a very nice unit but worth 1/2 the price to be comparable with other properties in the Cancun area. Nothing close by to walk to. No bike rentals in the area. 30 - 40 min to the hotel zone. No restaurants close by except the lovely one at the resort. Pictures of the view in this ad are from the other property they rent. This unit looks at trees & tennis court. Some nice features but felt ripped off.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and all the amenities. Highly recommend this property.

The place is very nice, with many amenities, and a beautiful and quiet beach. The apartment was dirty, it needed maintenance The air conditioning didn't work, which was very uncomfortable being on the beach. I would return, but to another apartment

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! So safe and friendly staff, the beach club was beautiful with amazing pools and omg THE ROOFTOP! with heated pool omg I loved it. The apartment was super spacious and really comfortable beds. Would 100% recommend.

Our stay at Open Key's condo in La Amada was wonderful! The space was clean, spacious, and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for a long stay with young kids, and we especially appreciated the large patio and ocean views. The beds were comfortable, the couch was comfortable, and the TV was easy to use. La Amada is an amazing location. The building was super quiet, and it was so great having so many things to do so close (rooftop pool, kids club, market, and lounge all 2 minutes from our door). Obviously the beach, pools, and beach club were excellent as well. Sarah was also extremely helpful and great to communicate with. She helped us get a wagon to pull the kids in, advised on local amenities, and was responsive when we had a maintenance issue. We loved our stay at La Amada and can't wait to come back!

The place is great, rooftop pool is amazing. It's a bit of a walk to the beach club (10+ minutes). Underground parking has two spots - super useful. The Host is terrific - super responsive and helpful. They proactively reached out to us after checkout because we had failed to pickup our deposit for the car parking gate - they went and got the cash and sent us a credit. Super kind and helpful. Don't book this place so it's open for us in the future :-).
