Important Notes

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the building lacks a generator, we maintain 10,000 liters of water reserves and solar battery backup to support constant water pressure systems.
• Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa. Please avoid harming them. Leaving food exposed may attract their attention.
• The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your departure. Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an extra charge and subject to availability.
• For stays of seven days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can also be arranged.
• Pool cleaning is performed daily for about 20 minutes between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You may request to skip a day for privacy.
• The waterfall operates with the pool pump daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After-hours operation is available upon request.
