Important Notes
- Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the building lacks a generator, we maintain 10,000 liters of water reserves and solar battery backup to support constant water pressure systems.
- Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa. Please avoid harming them. Leaving food exposed may attract their attention.
- The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after your departure. Additional cleaning during your stay is available upon request for an extra charge and subject to availability.
- For stays of seven days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can also be arranged.
- Pool cleaning is performed daily for about 20 minutes between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You may request to skip a day for privacy.
- The waterfall operates with the pool pump daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After-hours operation is available upon request.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place and our host. Super clean. Exactly as described. Gorgeous and very secure. Ekaterina was amazing. Proactive and super responsive. We loved Tamarindo. Definitely walkable but no doubt the golf cart made everything so easy and accessible. The extra added benefit of the Beach Club was a great bonus. We went every day! We used the recommended airport pickup/dropoff (Native’s Way) and it was seamless. Highly recommend checking out Little Lucha at the end of the drive/main road. Delicious food, great specials, and their margaritas are the best we had in town. Refugio Cafe and Breaking Bread for breakfast and coffee. Spectacular!

We came back in April and stayed a week with our kids and it was so amazing that we brought 14 adults back and had a fitness retreat here in September. We've stayed here twice and we can't rave enough about this place. MUST rent the golf carts it's wort every penny.

Maitri, specifically Villa Santi, was a great place to stay! My wife and I stayed here for our baby moon and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We loved how close it was to town, we loved the privacy, and the ability to cook in the villa. It truly was the best place for some much needed R&R. Only downside was how warm the villa would get due to the large windows over the staircase which face the sun and have no shades/blinds. The AC units were really powerful though, and cooled the unit quickly.

For the price, the quality doesn’t match the cost. The stay was not guest ready. Maintenance before check-in is critical, yet we had maintenance visits every day due to ongoing issues—notably a front door lock that had to be fixed because it could easily be pushed open (a major safety concern as 2 women travelers). We had trouble with the pool lights, which we didn’t have an opportunity to experience. All issues were resolved eventually, but it did put a damper in our stay.
