The Space
This oceanfront three-bedroom apartment features beautiful views, stylish design, and convenient access to Playa del Carmen’s most popular attractions. The building is located next to 12th Street, known for its nightlife, and just steps from Fifth Avenue, where you will find restaurants, bars, and shops.
The building offers direct beach access. Several apartments are available in the same building for larger groups traveling together.

Location
The apartment is approximately a two-minute walk from Fifth Avenue and Playa del Carmen’s nightlife. With an oceanfront location and convenient access to the town, a car is not necessary.
Guest Access
Ocean Plaza is situated in a prime oceanfront location within walking distance of destinations throughout town. The concierge can assist with airport transportation and tourist activities.
On-site parking is free and subject to availability. There are six double parking spaces, accommodating a total of 12 cars, shared among 20 condominiums. Since most guests do not have cars, parking is usually available, although availability may be limited during holiday periods.
Important Information
Beach Access
The beachfront has been affected by erosion caused by climate change and is not suitable for swimming or recreational activities. It does provide picturesque views of local fishing boats and Cozumel.
Depending on global weather conditions, particularly between May and August, sargassum may or may not be present.
Noise Policy
- Parties and loud noise are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Noise from nearby clubs may be audible.
- Excessive noise may result in a $100 USD fine.
Visitors and Additional Guests
- Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A maximum of six visitors is permitted.
- Guests beyond the eighth person are charged $25 USD per night.
Parking
- Parking is free and subject to availability.
- Please provide the vehicle make and license plate number before arrival.
Smoking and Substances
- Smoking, including vaping, is permitted only on terraces with the windows closed.
- Smoking indoors results in a $100 USD fine.
- Drug use is strictly prohibited.
Air Conditioning
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.
Long-Term Stays
For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity is not included and is charged at $3.50 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
Additional Amenities and Policies
- Elevator capacity is limited to two people per ride.
- A crib and high chair are available upon request for $100 MXN per night per item.
- Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee.
- Drying clothes on terraces or windows is not permitted.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, bright, and clean! Close to all the shopping! Six blocks from where the ferries depart, which is along Quinta Avenida, which is wonderful to walk along! The only thing is that the beaches for swimming are six blocks away, but they are nice blocks to walk along!! Thank you for the stay. There were 9 of us. It was great! We had the beach one block away, and Quinta Avenida too. There's a 24-hour supermarket 7 blocks away, and the Oxxo is one block away!

Just stayed in this airbnb with a group of 9! TBH it was a little tight but we made it work. Location was great, easy to walk anywhere we needed and host was extremely helpful when it came to booking transportation from and to the airpor, or anywhere farther than playa del carmen. They also help you book tours which is very helpful! Lots of restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and gyms nearby! Thank you! We loved staying here

The house of Zama Homes is really beautiful in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the fifth avenue but without the noise of the clubs, the view is crazy, especially at dawn. It just needs a little extra maintenance, the shower heads have a lot of limestone and it was not very comfortable to wash, the cleaning could be better, and the house lacks a dishwasher. But overall it was a good stay, whatever we asked Carlos he always answered quickly, so I recommend it.

Everything was good, the common space was comfortable. The ocean view was not the best but it's understandable. Close to many restaurants and clubs, you can't hear the music. The beds need a little more love, more comfortable

the apartment we stayed was beautiful, it had all you need and the view was amazing. ypu can walk to restaurants and 5th ave and even thought it close to nightlife is not noisy. friendly staff, I will come back.
