Escape to a stunning 5-bedroom villa with handicapped access, located within the exclusive Quivira Los Cabos resort community. This luxurious home offers breathtaking ocean views that extend as far as the eye can see and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Upon entering, you will find spacious living areas decorated with modern furnishings and tasteful décor. The villa features five elegant bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy. One bedroom serves as a guest house, complete with its own kitchenette and a separate entrance from the main residence.
The expansive outdoor terrace is the centerpiece of the villa, where you can enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze and panoramic vistas. Relax by the infinity pool, soak in the hot tub, or dine outdoors in the shaded seating area—your private retreat awaits.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, or you can opt to have a private chef arrange dining experiences through our concierge service.
Please note that while the villa offers a peaceful and comfortable environment, there is ongoing construction nearby. Daytime noise from machinery and occasional dust may affect the tranquility, but evenings remain calm and relaxing. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to develop.
Location and Amenities
As part of Quivira Los Cabos, guests have access to world-class amenities such as golf courses and spa services. A six-seater golf cart is provided for your convenience.
Guests enjoy full access to the entire villa and all Pueblo Bonito Resort amenities, including Pacifica (adults only). However, Beach Club facilities are reserved exclusively for Quivira Real Estate owners.
Additional Information
If you wish to hire a private chef during your stay, please notify us in advance. We will provide a list of authorized chefs approved to offer services at the villa. Only chefs on this approved list are permitted, and we thank you for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

I had the most unforgettable time in Cabo at this villa. I would give it 1000/10 stars if I could. I stayed here for my bachelorette with a total of 9 girls and we were more than comfortable. The house is stunning, the view is breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond for us. Everything was kept extremely clean and it looks exactly like the photos. The chef that they provided us with was also so amazing in all regards. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to Arsen & Mauricio for a luxurious experience that I will never forget!

Arsen was lovely & responsive. His onsite host Mauricio was help and very accommodating, kind and just overall great! I highly recommend the home and the host. A couple downfalls: The hot tub/pool didn’t heat up during stay because it was not turned on properly which was a bummer. This was a main reason we chose this home. The location has construction around it which the host/ owner can not control. But it has a gorgeous view of the ocean. And I did not pre-plan for an espresso machine which I wish I would have. The transportation for 7ppl to town on multiple occasions got costly. I would go back and definitely bring my own car. And I would absolutely rent from Arsen/Mauricio again.

Everything was so wonderful! Mauricio was so helpful, he took care of all are restaurant reservations, excursions and transportation! The drivers were all so kind and timely. We utilized the butler service which was outstanding and made sure we always had the food and drinks that were needed! I was hesitant to not stay on a resort but this was beautiful and very easy to navigate with the help of Mauricio.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Arsen and Mauricio were fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to issues and super helpful. The property was spotless clean and we loved having the golf cart provided. We loved the Quivira Steakhouse, Market, and golf course. Our host was also super helpful in providing other area restaurant recommendations.

What a place! Ten family members really enjoyed nice view and spacious rooms altogether. Also, we were able to go to prestigious resorts near around. All of family want to go back soon.

Beautiful home and our family loved our stay. Amazing ocean views and a great layout of the home. The bathrooms were amazing. Very clean and great communication. We also used the butler service for our reception dinner and they were amazing. Loved having the golf cart to use to get around!
