We had a great stay in Guatapé. The house has excellent facilities, a beautiful view, and direct access to the water, which makes the location very special. Doña Luz and Diego provided excellent service and were always attentive and helpful during our stay. Communication with Jacky was also very easy, and we really appreciated the flexibility of the host whenever we needed support or had questions. One important recommendation is to arrive in a higher-clearance car, as the access road can be a little challenging. It would also be helpful to have clearer information in advance about some of the additional services and facilities, such as the use of the paddle board and how these can be arranged. Overall, it is a beautiful and comfortable house with an amazing view, great access to the water, very good service, and a flexible and responsive host.

Everything is very good. The entrance is narrow for very low cars, but otherwise everything is fine.

Jackelyn's place exceeded the expectations from the photos. We had a small problem with the road to get to the property because it is not suitable for small cars, but I am grateful to Jackelyn and her team. They were very attentive. We will miss Luz's breakfast and her attentions very much. I would definitely come back.

This house in El Peñol was an excellent place to stay and made our trip especially memorable. The property was peaceful, spacious, and the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. The house’s well-balanced design blends beautifully with nature, and every space opens to scenic views of the lake, including a yard with fruit trees, herbs, and aromatic plants. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the atmosphere felt both private and calm. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in El Peñol. One detail to keep in mind is that the last approximately 1.5 km of road leading to the property are unpaved, which is common for many homes in the area. An SUV vehicle is recommended.

Our stay at Buena Vida was truly unforgettable. The house itself is stunning, the architecture and design are thoughtfully done, with beautiful details and multiple spaces to relax and enjoy, from the different decks to the incredible views overlooking the lake. Waking up to that scenery every day was a highlight in itself. The experience was elevated even more by the amazing staff. Luz and Diego took great care of us and made everything feel effortless with their hospitality and attention. We also really enjoyed the boat ride, which was peaceful and gave us a chance to fully appreciate the surroundings from the water. There’s so much to do at the property, we made great use of the paddle boards and loved exploring the lake. The food add-on is definitely worth it as well; it made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable without having to worry about planning meals. Overall, this is a very special place that combines luxury, comfort, and nature perfectly. We will be coming back

Our stay in Guatapé was simply spectacular. The house is perfect for sharing as a family: spacious, comfortable, and with ideal spaces to enjoy together. Everything was very well maintained, clean, and organized, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The setting is amazing, with beautiful views of the lagoon and a tranquility that really allows you to unwind and relax. Definitely a place we'd go back to without thinking about it. Highly recommended for family trips!
