Excellent location, clearly higher end then all other residences in the area. Right next to the airport. Walk from the room to Blue Water Grill right there. We walked to all restaurants in town because it was not worth the hustle of driving the cart, too close. The dock in front of the property is convenient for boat pickups. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there.

The team was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and close to literally everything! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable and perfect to fall right into after a long day of sightseeing around the island. When we return, we will definitely be staying at Diamanté again!

Diamante Suites was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From booking our flights from Belize City to San Pedro including our return, scheduling complimentary transportation to and from the San Pedro airstrip to their boutique resort, booking our golf cart, recommending restaurants and activities, and even making reservations for us, they made everything so easy. Although I can’t remember the names of every staff member I interacted with, everyone was kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Hilary B. and Seidie S., who were absolutely extraordinary! I would definitely recommend Diamante Suites as the place to stay when visiting San Pedro!

We were in town for scuba diving and looking for a nice two bedroom that was close to Ramon’s Village dive shop. Right next door is Blue Water cafe/restaurant with great food. This location is great!

Highly recommend! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and proactive. Hillary and Saidie at reception were very accommodating, proactive prior to arrival and during our stay, and had great recommendations. Francis from maintenance was always attentive to helping us carry things and addressing anything that needed attention in the unit. Marcus from security was friendly, diligent in his duties, and made us feel very safe. The property itself is very luxurious. The scenery is gorgeous, the pool area is relaxing, and the furniture is comfortable. Our unit was fabulous, even better than we expected. It was spacious, comfortable, and high end furnishings. Check in was simple, easy, and they gave us welcome drinks. It was easy to book tours through the property, they offered welcome packages for your room like a mimosa bar, and we got our golf cart through them as well. There is active construction on site yet we didn't find it loud or bothersome at all. Definitely staying here again!

Received a message after we booked notifying about construction going on (and that’s why it was supposedly discounted- which I didn’t see a discount and sure didn’t seem like it with the pricing) remodeling, so the plus side was not many people there, but downside was construction. This also made it very hard to find because the maps kept taking you where you couldn’t walk in. The staff was very nice and helpful. Place IS beach front, you can walk along it, but not get in the water, so only pool is usable. The pool was very nice and they had a (warm) hot tub and pool beds that were nice, but we thought we had water access. The remodel was very nice especially in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful place. Very responsive to everything we asked. Helped us with booking everything we wanted. Amazing Location. Only needed golf cart for secret beach! Literally five minutes walking from tropic airport same for boat port.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Vivian met us with complimentary drinks at the office and was very helpful. Marcos the security guard was always on top of things and was enjoyable to talk to about Belize and some of the unique things about the country. We felt very safe and he even mentioned we left the door open once and showed us how to properly lock up the place (the door locks are tricky). It’s right on the beach and a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. Close to downtown, a little tricky to find but I’m sure that has to do with some of the new developments in the area. Highly recommend!
