- Due to local laws or homeowners association requirements, guests must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation.

We had an excellent vacation at Nalifos house, it was too worth staying in this house because it is extremely beautiful, better than in the photos. It is a house with very large spaces, comfortable, new finishes, etc… You can enter any vehicle; as the street is fine. The location is excellent and you have everything close, 5 minutes by vehicle to playa flamingo. The pool is beautiful and super refreshing, it was also very clean. I will definitely come back to this place since it is the excellent pass and I highly recommend it.

Our family (my wife, three children, and I) recently stayed at this Airbnb. The house was great with a beautiful view and spacious. However, we encountered significant issues during our stay. We lost power, water, and were unable to use the stove on our first day. The house became very hot, and without water, we couldn't use the restrooms. From 4am to about 8pm, we were left without these essential utilities and received no updates from the host. Communication could have been much better. We were scrambling to decide if we needed to find another place to stay for the second night. We weren’t offered any options to stay cool with our children or any assistance or updates on when the utilities would be restored. Even after everything was restored, we were not offered any kind of compensation or even a bottle of water. While the house itself was lovely, the lack of communication and support during the outage was very disappointing.

Good location, close to the supermarket and restaurants. Everything you needed was there. Only hiccup was the dishwasher didn’t work and we couldn’t get anyone to have it fixed.

Our original stay was cancelled on the day of the trip due to sewer issues. We arrived late at night, tired of long travel and decided to proceed with a backup Airbnb Vacasa offered. We didn’t even bother to look for other options. We stayed for one week and the WiFi only worked for 1 day. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our stay. House was cute, clean, and comfortable. The location was difficult for drivers to locate. It was a 30 min walk to close areas, and 5 min drive with a taxi/uber. It was close to many beaches which was convenient. Service was not the best at the location and not having WiFi was difficult to communicate with family. We were reimbursed the difference in our stay. We had to pay for additional cost for transportation. Bookybee was very supportive in helping rearrange transportation due to our new location. we did have to pay extra for the services.

Beautiful house unfortunately there was a for and the dishwasher was not usable for the entire stay. Having to deep clean a place that you plan to arrive for a holiday is not the best start. Overall beautiful home — I feel the problem is not the owner but the ones in charge of maintaining it

The pool is amazing, the house has great views. The house felt safe and it is in a great location. We had a wonderful family time. The only thing I would highlight is that you can tell that the house is lacking a bit of up-keeping / TLC.
