4BR Villa in Costa Rica

This beachfront property exceeded expectations. Location is ideal: minutes from restaurants and stores, quiet but close to livelier areas, and far enough from public access that only the occasional passerby was in view. Plantings keep downstairs private, so the best views are upstairs. Bedrooms are similarly comfortable, great for groups. Kitchen well equipped, AC worked well, linens and beds excellent. Felt secure throughout. With toddlers, we loved the pool's shallow section (about 6 inches) for splashing, since the beach itself is gorgeous but not swimmable for small kids. Clean enough that we let toddlers play on the floor. Neighboring rentals were a bit rowdier, with music late one night, but the agency handled it fast. Concierge Julieth made the trip. She planned meals, reservations, babysitting, and activities like a sunset sail months ahead, and stayed responsive to last-minute changes. Every vendor recommended was great. Already daydreaming about coming back.

Probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date- and I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs! We were traveling with two babies and a 4 year old and between the easy beach access, pool and shaded outdoor living space we barely ever wanted to leave the house! The daily cleaning service was awesome (shout out to Liz who was very kind and hard working!) Julieth the concierge was always helpful and responsive and the bedrooms gave privacy to everyone and incredible views from every room. 10/10 overall

This house was incredible! The house itself was beautiful and clean, and included daily maid service. The house had everything we needed. Location was great - right on the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Views were spectacular from every room in the house. Julieth (the concierge) made everything easy from booking drivers to renting a golf cart - with anything we needed the response was prompt and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house!

AMAZING! House was clean, modern, every amenity you would need. The views from EVERY room were incredible and each had its own bathroom. Daily cleaning was the cherry on top. Beach access was so easy and perfect for a family. Waves were so fun, but not rough. Beach was private (not crowded) and clean, we didn’t want to explore the surrounding areas it was so nice. Loved listening to the waves at night with the most gorgeous sunsets.

Our most relaxing Airbnb stay to date. House was as described with gorgeous sunset views every night and direct access to the beach. Pool was a bit chilly as it doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight; however, we found it very refreshing. Location was great. We always felt secure as the house has gated entrance and an alarm. Can't wait to return.

Exceptional house and location. I just finished a week's vacation in this beautiful house. There were 8 of us, and we had a wonderful time. The house is just as seen in the photos and the 4 bedrooms are quite large, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and very clean. The house is perfect. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make all kinds of meals. We brought our own cook and he had no problems preparing the food. There are 2 large refrigerators so there is no problem with space. It is also equipped with everything to serve and eat food. The location of the house is exceptional on the beach line and although it has neighboring houses, the privacy is excellent. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Finally, Julieth, the local host, is very attentive to anything you might need, I really liked that. The cleaning lady comes to the house every day and is very friendly and discreet.

Our stay in Playa Potrero was fantastic! We stayed here with a total of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The house had all the amenities you could ask for and wonderful service. Highly recommend golf carts to get around, so fun! We would stay here again without hesitation.

We cannot say enough about the experience staying at this home. The home was exactly as pictured yet exceeded our expectations. Being beachfront was a wonderful opportunity for some amazing sunsets. The location was private and secure yet close to town. The local hosts, Kenneth and Julieth, provided invaluable assistance in our planning prior to the trip! The flexibility offered for check in and airport transportation with delayed flights was a weight lifted and greatly appreciated. They assisted with many details, like grocery delivery, that offered our group of 6 adults an opportunity for a relaxing trip. Having daily housekeeping and laundry was icing on the cake. We planned a night in with a local Chef and would definitely recommend; the experience was memorable . We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again as well as another property with this Management group. Pura Vida
