The house is nice and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool was very clean. We loved that there were so many bicycles for adults and for children of different ages. We'll definitely be back.

The villa is very nice; it is located within Hacienda Iguana but away from the noise, which gives you privacy and the best of both worlds, as you also have the beach just a few meters away. We had a problem with the pool, but Todd acted like an excellent host, providing us with alternatives and making up for it so that we could have a good experience, which we did. All in all, I would come back and recommend it!

Excellent host, good communication, always attentive. Responds quickly. The location of the house is a bit confusing because the GPS puts it somewhere else, but it's not a big deal. The house is in good condition, clean, and tidy. The pool and patio had a lot of leaves, but that's typical for the season.

Great stay at Todd's place for our family of 5. House is well equipped, Todd is extremely helpful when we had questions and the Hacienda Iguana location was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for the perfect combination of surfing and relaxing in a quiet community where everything you need is a bike ride away.
