- Underwater pool lights offer multiple colors and settings, controlled by a user-friendly dial located on the exterior wall directly opposite the front entrance. This dial is positioned on the wall between the two sliding glass doors.
- Overhead pool lights operate via a solar panel and automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.

La villa es muy bonita, está dentro de Hacienda Iguana pero no está cerca del ruido, lo que te da privacidad y tener lo bueno de ambos mundos porque también tenes playa a pocos metros. Nosotros tuvimos un inconveniente con la piscina pero Todd se portó como un excelente host dándonos alternativas y compensando para tener una buena experiencia, la cual nos llevamos. ¡En definitiva regresaría y lo recomendaría!

Excelente anfitrión, buena comunicación, pendiente en todo momento. Responde rápido. La ubicación de la casa un poco confusa porque la ubicación del GPS la ubica en otro lugar pero nada complejo. La casa está en buenas condiciones, limpia y ordenada. La piscina y el patio estaba con muchas hojas pero es típico de la temporada.

La casa de Todd es muy linda, ordenada y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia relajada y cómoda. Iguana y su playa es un 100 además, recomendado!

Great stay at Todd's place for our family of 5. House is well equipped, Todd is extremely helpful when we had questions and the Hacienda Iguana location was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for the perfect combination of surfing and relaxing in a quiet community where everything you need is a bike ride away.

The home was extremely spacious, private and 1 minute from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, outside grill included. The host was quick to communicate. Overall we loved the home, good wifi, very clean private pool and every room had full bathrooms. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. We were sad to leave, until next time🤙
