Esta villa de cuatro habitaciones con vista al mar se encuentra en Playacar Fase 1, una hermosa comunidad privada con acceso controlado, a pocos pasos de la famosa Quinta Avenida.
El espacio
Casa Grande es una villa relativamente nueva que ofrece las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo:

Cada una de las cuatro habitaciones incluye un baño privado completo. También hay un baño de dos piezas en el nivel principal y otro en el nivel del patio del segundo piso.
Una piscina privada en la parte trasera de la casa ofrece un lugar tranquilo para refrescarse y nadar. El patio recientemente ampliado tiene vista al mar, creando un entorno maravilloso para relajarse y contemplar la playa.

Beautiful location and weather! Recommend you come before August due to seaweed. Lots to do: Isla Mujeres, Isla Holbox, and Cousumel!! The 5th street strip has great restaurants and lots to see.. The house has a nice pool and jacuzzi.. with ocean view!

If you come to Playa del Carmen, you will definitely not find a property in better condition than Casa Grande, with hosts who are so attentive to detail. I've been on this platform for years and it's my best experience. Congratulations, Marcelo and Mercedes. Thank you for your attention.

The house has all the amenities. The pool and the jacuzzi are very good. The sea is a few steps away. We had the sargassum that comes these days, but we still enjoyed the sea. The place is very private, very safe, and very quiet. They cleaned the house twice during our stay, cleaning the pool and jacuzzi, which was excellent. You have to wait a little for the hot water to come out in the showers, but everything is fine. The house is excellent and has everything you need, including the kitchen. The service from Mercedes was great. We would definitely stay there again. If you want something private, this is the ideal place.

Stayed here for a full week and honestly had a great experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell the host actually cares about the property. Everything we needed was there, and anything we couldn’t find, the host responded quickly and helped out right away. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get around, whether we were going out or just relaxing nearby. The space itself felt private and quiet, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. Check-in and check-out were smooth with no issues at all. Overall, solid stay, no surprises (in a good way). Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place.

The house and neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Just a lot of little details made it a little bit less than what I was expecting for the price. I don’t want this to sound nit picky but only 2 towels, a very loud creaky bedroom door, a few too many bugs in the kitchen… little things I know. It’s beyond the hosts control, but the beach had a lot of garbage and one day smelled really bad.

Mercedes was always responsive and helpful. She recommended a private chef Daveed who cooked us thanksgiving dinner. Great food. She arranged our airport transportation which was seemless. The cleaning person was wonderful. Well equipped kitchen.
