The Space

The bedrooms are distributed across two buildings. The main house has two bedrooms on the upper floor, accessible from the kitchen and living area. On the lower floor, there is a suite with a private bathroom and a separate entrance from the pool deck. The casita is located just a few steps down from the pool area and includes a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and toaster oven. It also has a private BBQ and deck perfect for enjoying the sunsets.
The casita is never rented separately, ensuring guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Great location with an amazing view, a really clean space, and some cool touches. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and communication was good. My only hesitation was the check-in/check-out process. Having to meet someone at an office during specific hours can be a bit off-putting, especially when travel times can change unexpectedly. While everyone was friendly and informative, I think this type of check-in process should be clearly mentioned in the listing, as it’s not something I would have chosen had I known in advance. Overall, a nice stay, but the check-in process could be more flexible.

We had an amazing few days here. The house was beautiful, comfortable and homely. View was stunning. We loved sitting on the veranda morning and evening and loved the pool to escape the heat. Just what we needed after two cancelled flights!

The place has a great view of Nacascolo Beach, and getting to the house is easy with the new Costanera highway. It is not necessary to have a 4x4 vehicle, as the driveway to the property has one part paved and the other part cobblestone. San Juan Bay is only about 7 minutes away by car. Going to the Cristo de San Juan is also just a few minutes away. The house has parking for 2 vehicles, but if you bring a third, I was told it can be parked on the street. The pool is a bit small, but it's enjoyable, and Paul and the co-hosts helped me whenever I needed it. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

The place is very nice, clean, everything well organized, the staff very attentive from check-in to check-out, well equipped, a beautiful view, and everything quiet and comfortable. Perfect for trips with family or friends. Very close to downtown, easy access. It met all our expectations.
