I’ve been in 27 Airbnb’s this is the first time a host provided beers, booze and water! The apartment was spotless, views were beautiful. We basically had the pool to ourselves! Oscar was great! He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! This one, we’ll be coming when in Cabo!

The unit itself was really wonderful. Oscar is a wonderful host; very responsive; helpful and understanding. We were not aware that the elevator was not working - it was not noted on the listing we viewed to make the reservation. (Oscar will update it!) As others have noted, the location of the building & unit are on a hill-which is navigable. Hubby has mobility issues-he could do the hill but not and additional 2-4 flights of stairs, so if we had known about the elevator not working, we would have made other arrangements. We did stay at the unit for a part of our visit, and were sad to leave, as it was wonderful! It is very secure, safe and a wonderful view. It is close to restaurants & things to do in Cabo. Oscar was very understanding & we appreciated his hospitality. Hopefully we can return & stay longer! Thank you!

Loved this Airbnb! It’s even better in person than the pictures. It’s bright and spacious with an incredible view. The pool area is beautiful with an infinity pool overlooking the city and ocean. Oscar was a great host, who arranged our airport transfers and was quick to reply to my messages. Would definitely recommend!

Oscar is a wonderful host and the Airbnb is great! This place was spacious and clean and the pool was beautiful. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants, activities, and the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Had a very nice stay here. Gorgeous views, spacious condo, and a nice pool to use in the condo building! Would love to come back as this was perfect for 2-4 people with all the amenities needed for our vacation. The host was also great and quick to respond with any questions.

Oscar’s place is ideally located, close to town where you can easily walk to everything yet just far enough from the noise. The unit is furnished well and comfortable. It feels bigger than the pictures! The views are amazing and pool is great! Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Oscar’s place was an absolute highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The community also felt extremely safe, with security guards monitoring the entry at all hours. But what really made our stay amazing was Oscar himself.

He was incredibly kind, super responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. On our very first day, he even went out of his way to personally drive us to lunch! It’s rare to come across a host who is this genuinely caring and attentive.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

This place is very cozy and well-furnished. And Oscar is very helpful, responding to my questions timely. Its location is also great, as the docks and restaurants are just 10 minutes walking distance away. I couldn’t ask for more!

This apartment is pristine white and very comfortable and clean. The lay out is extremely functional and the deck is perfect. Watching the sunrise is a real treat. Tara and Oscar were very responsive and helpful. I had a late check in and it could not have been easier. The location is fantastic if you want to have access to town...close, but not so close it's too loud. Literally perfect location.

Oscar's place was everything we were looking for, private but also close to down town Cabo. The views in the morning and night are absolutely stunning. From security check in to the cameras on each floor you will safe if that's something you are concerned about. Uber will pick you up on top of the slight slope to the place if you don't want to walk down. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are big and have plenty of room. We will stay here again without hesitation.

Oscar's condo is amazing - it is beautiful and pristine, just as described. The interior design is really nice and we enjoyed it tremendously. The unit is well-equipped, and everything was working. The views are fantastic - you can see the Marina and cruise ships, etc. The condo is situated in a quiet and safe part of town, it is a fantastic location with security-controlled access. It is far away to give some (but not complete) noise isolation from downtown, but close enough that it's possible to walk to all the main attractions. The location is perfect for those who seek to be in close proximity to the action, but appreciate some separation and quietness at home. The pools and hot tubs were awesome too. Our hosts Oscar and Tara were fantastic - quick, communicative, and helpful on all fronts. They deserve a lot of credit for accommodating our last minute plans and over a busy holiday season. This was an awesome place to stay and we hope to be back!

Thanks Oscar, the apartment is super spacious, very nice, excellent decoration, a 10 for cleanliness, the kitchen with all the necessary utensils, close to the Marina (we didn't use the car, walking you get there in 3 minutes), I would rent it on my next visit.

Oscar was very attentive with us the place was very clean and spacious as well as the photos would definitely be rented there 💕💯 everything very accessible and very close to shops and restaurants

Oscar is amazing host, made our 2 weeks stay luxurious and relaxed. Property looks exactly as on photos and very comfortable. Will stay next time here too.

Wow! Oscar’s place makes you feel right at home. As this was our 4th in Cabo this year we wanted to try an airbnb instead of hotels. Was the greatest decision.Walkable to the marina, really close to many restaurants. We rented a car but it wasnt necessary if you just want to stay in town. Oscar was also very responsive and the view is just amazing. We appreciated the pool area also. We will surely rebook his condo when we are back.

The depa is beautiful and the view is not to speak. It's equipped with everything needed, great experience. I had read the comments on the ramp, so we decided to rent a vehicle so we didn't have to walk it up. In terms of location there are many things nearby, even walking you get anywhere. I will definitely be back. The only one but is the cold water in the shower, if I had gone in warmer weather maybe I wouldn't have been inconvenient.

Oscar went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely amazing! The condo exceeded our expectations and the place was spotless. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning. Oscar was very helpful when it came to planning beach days, excursions and recommendations for dining etc. We were of short walking distance to the marina and downtown as well as a short Uber ride away from many rooftops bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back and make sure to book with him again!

This condo was perfect! It is walkable to everywhere. We had two 6 year olds in tow, and were able to walk to the marina with them no problem and to all the shops and restaurants. The view is absolutely stunning. Oscar was a great host- when we had an issue with a horseback riding reservation, he swooped in and took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here . The place was exactly as described. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 people. Great location tucked slightly away from the craziness of san Lucas yet still a 5 min walk to the marina . The only thing that could have been better is for the pool to be heated , it was very cold to go in in January, the shower temp could have been hotter too. Other than that it was a great stay - the pool bar makes great drinks and food, I got the shrimp quesadilla a couple times and it was amazing !
