Requisitos de seguridad y registro de entrada
El condominio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas para su seguridad y tranquilidad. El personal supervisa el número de huéspedes registrados en cada reservación.

- Un registro escrito y fotográfico

Aire acondicionado
Las unidades de aire acondicionado están equipadas con sensores de movimiento debido a los altos costos de electricidad de la zona. Se apagan automáticamente 30 minutos después de que no se detecta movimiento.
Esta función se desactiva durante la noche, por lo que el aire acondicionado permanecerá encendido mientras se encuentren dentro del alojamiento.

Amazing hosts! They stocked the fridge before we arrived and gave us recommendations upon arrival. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. The neighborhood also felt very safe, with gated security access required to enter. The included daily cleaning service kept the space feeling fresh everyday. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hosts went above and beyond in making my bachelorette more than special! They set us up with a private chef, stocked the pantry for us prior to our arrival, arranged round trip airport transportation for us and more! We even had a housekeeper, Erika, who came by daily! We felt absolutely at home and more than safe with the 24/7 security! The only slight we had was the water did not get too warm in the showers, but we were in Cancun it was so hot outside we didn't need steaming hot showers to begin with.

The house was great! We really enjoyed the space and the closeness to a lot of things. Our hosts were the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had. They helped set up transportations and a chef dinner; which helped streamline our vacation and saved us alot of time and planning! They also gave us lots of recommendations and were very flexible with us. The house was great but the hosts are definitely the reason to book!

The place was big enough to fit our entire group and it looked just like the photos. The only drawback is that the ACs in the bedrooms are not effective. They have this energy saving set up with sensors during the day so the AC turns off if there’s no one in the room. Given how hot it gets, this set up doesn’t function well. We turned on the ACs and sat in the rooms for quite sometime on our first night there but it just wouldn’t cool the rooms. It got better the next day but the first night was hard. The ACs in the living room work great but the bedrooms not so much right until we left. I didn’t get a response for the AC situation 12 hours later and that too I had to follow up. The other thing that didn’t work as expected was the water taps in the bathrooms. When you turn the tap to get water flow and if you just move it at normal speed, the water just comes gushing out and goes everywhere! The king bed room at the end of the hallway also had issues with hot water in the shower.

Spent the weekend here with my girls for my bachelorette party! The space is even more beautiful in person. We felt super safe . Everything was super clean , and they had cleaning ladies come in and tidy up the space every morning. We even hired their private chef and the food and service was amazing and it was super affordable. The pool upstairs was amazing and had the best view of the marina! I Would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

We stayed here with a group of 10 ladies and had an amazing time! We had more than enough space for our group and loved the villa and amenities. Adrian was so helpful and responsive, setting up transfers and grocery delivery for us with very short notice. Erika, the housekeeper, was very sweet and kept the space immaculate during our whole stay. We also booked the chef for dinner service and he was so kind and made the most delicious meal for us. We felt very safe as well with the security guard and loved the location. Thank you!

Great villa, right by Playa Tortugas. Super modern, cleaner comes every day to tidy up. Great group hangout space indoors and on the rooftop pool deck.
