The appartement(s) are very convenient organized with up to three bedroom/suites that can be used individually or combined. All with double beds and bathroom / small kitchen. And all very well equipped. Location is great. Absolutely next to centre of Cancun Punta, but with no noise nor hassle that may come from this centre. Everything on walking distance with bus stops in front. For those that don’t choose a huge hotel, but want to enjoy the centre of Punta Cancun, this is the place. The owner had the bad luck that the airco of one of the rooms broke down. And he immediately offered the spair third room to use. Communication was absolutely perfect.

The rooms had a large, beautiful, perfect view of the beach which is what I wanted. Gianmarco provided great hospitality and an easy check in and check out. We hope to be back soon!

The place is amazing, with a very good view of the beach, close to all the nightlife and restaurants, and yet a very quiet and comfortable place. Giancarlo was always attentive and helped us a lot. I recommend the place 10,000%.

An excellent option to enjoy the best of Cancún; it is located next to the top attractions in the hotel area, and the apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean. Even though it's in a busy area, you can only hear the sound of the sea at bedtime, and it's really quiet during the day. The host, Gianmarco, is excellent; he helped us with everything, including the transfer, recommended great restaurants, and welcomed us very warmly. I just have to say thank you, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The place is strategically well located: beachfront and just a few meters from the lively area where Coco Bongo and the Cancun Center Convention Center are located. It also has its own beach and pool, and the ocean view from the balcony is spectacular! The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it!

This amazing place, the view, Gianmarco is super friendly and supports you at all times, he welcomed us with complimentary drinks and the place is just like in the photos, everything is very cool, 100% recommended, I hope to return very soon.✨

Great place! Gianmarco was an excellent host with great communication. My Dad and I loved our stay. Also the private beach was amazing!!
