3BR Condo in Puerto Vallarta

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is amazing, and the building itself is beautiful. The condo was so bright and open, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom — such a thoughtful and convenient feature for everyone’s comfort and privacy. The views were stunning, and the pools and beach area made the experience even more special. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The condo is lovely and as shown in the photos. It was clean and looked beautiful when we walked in. Alejandra met us at the reception to take us through the condo and answer any questions. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Every meal we ate at the condo we had on the balcony. This is our second time at The Maritima Playa and it doesn’t disappoint, the grounds are immaculate and the staff are very nice. Alejandra was very quick to respond and always helpful. There is construction beside The Maritima but it didn’t bother us.

Unfortunately, I was not able to make the trip. However the 2 other couples we were going with raved about the place. Definitely going to book again hopefully next year.

Best part about this place is the incredible view!

House was just what we were looking for.

We spent a week at this amazing condo and it couldn’t have been better. The property itself is immaculate, with everything you could want. Private beach area, multiple pools, well equipped gym and an excellent restaurant. We were able to walk to the grocery store and into Bucerias. The apartment is exactly like the photos and was plenty of space for 4 adults to move around and stay comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balcony is stunning. There is construction right next door, but we didn’t find it that intrusive. Communication with Alejandra was always prompt and clear, even with the language barrier. One thing to note, despite it not being in the listing, there is an allotted amount of electricity per day with the rental. They are more than generous with the amount, so it was never an issue, but it would have been nice to know when booking as I was taking specific note of it elsewhere. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again if I come back to PV!
