Villa Gise (Beachfront Playacar Fase 1)

The property was amazing! Very clean while maintained and organized. The host was extremely friendly and responsive to all of our concerns or questions. We definitely will consider returning.

Beautiful home and location

This place was awesome! Right on the beach, and the space matched the pictures (and then some). Host was super communicative and responsive. Overall great experience!

We went for a 50th birthday and had 11 guests. Chef Kim was great. We loved the location, private, right on the beach and walkable neighborhood. It was a lovely time and Juan was extremely responsive and helpful.

Our stay in Playa del Carmen at Juan's Airbnb was amazing and met our expectations to the max! It was so beautiful to be so close to the ocean and the swimming pool and hot tub right there was so nice. We used all the water around us.! I especially loved the chef that we hired for four meals! ( Juan recommend recommended this for us. ) It was the best food I had had all week! They were nice and so accommodating also. Juan always answered me soon and I did not have any questions! Thank you, Juan for an amazing 4 days and nights!!!

Villa Gise has the most beautiful & stunning ocean front views and the pool patio sitting area was perfect and accommodated our large group! We never left the Villa during the day except for a couple boat excursions due to the gorgeous ocean views and access to beach right at our Villa. Juan was a wonderful host and always responsive and accommodating. Mr. Valdermar and his team greeted us with open arms and went above and beyond on special requests we needed. We did have Chef Kim's team prepare a delicious Mexican meal for our group and even made the key lime pie to perfection for our birthday celebration! Thank you to Juan and his team making our trip wonderful 😎

Villa Gise was the perfect home for our special family week together. The house was beautiful and spacious with a bathroom for every bedroom. The large outdoor space was fantastic with enough lounge chairs, a shaded couch area and a private pool and jacuzzi right on the beach that children and adults loved! Our incredible chefs Evelina and Jorge created fabulous brunches and dinners according to our requests. They made us wonderful appetizers, guacamole, main courses, cut up fruit, and homemade Mexican desserts. We ate every meal outside on the wonderful large table. It couldn't have been better and no need to go out to restaurants! Chef Kim arranged airport transfers and excursions and they were great. Oscar our excursion driver was wonderful and our group of 6 adults and 5 children enjoyed being together in his van to have some experiences outside of the Villa. It was hard to leave our week together in this amazing beachfront home. We hope to return one day!

We had the best weekend at Villa Gise!! The house is exactly as pictured and both Juan and Chef Kim helped us with everything we needed. Speaking of Chef Kim... WOW. Him and Chef Kim 2 made the most incredible meals for us all weekend!!! Everything was delicious and his menu options were so broad and versatile! He is also so friendly and fun and had us laughing all weekend. He also helped us coordinate the transportation to and from the airport as well as a catamaran day and massages in the house one day. The location of the home is unbeatable, absolutely stunning views and the pool and hot tub are great. We only had a couple of small issues but Chef Kim and the housekeeping team took care of them immediately. Would absolutely stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

The house was a gem for our group. Oceanfront, plenty of room to spread out, and great location. And Chef Kim is a MUST!
