WOW! Absolutely paradise! Our family of 9 was so comfortable and blown away by the property. Tips: plan ahead and arrange transportation and book Pepe for every dinner. Don’t miss the nature trail on property.

What a fantastic Costa Rican experience. The photos really can't do this home justice. We traveled with our three young adult kids + one significant other. We all enjoyed being able to spread out while spending time together. Our typical day started with an activity like hiking or zip lining and lunch in the area, followed by swimming, playing pool or hitting golf balls, lounging in a hammock or pool side lounge, playing the guitar, hiking the private trail down to the waterfall or just taking in the gorgeous property. We shopped nearby and made dinner each night (the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more) which we enjoyed by the pool or in the event space, followed by (usually) dice games and streaming something in the super comfortable living room before heading to our private spaces. Beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious, being at this villa was truly part of the vacation itself!

Three different villas on our trip, this was our first stop and it remains the family favourite. We loved everything about it. The drive in was a little bit sketchier than we anticipated, google maps led us down some rough roads, but we figured out our best n and out from the property and felt very comfortable driving from then on. The little shops in the nearest two towns had what we needed but good to stock up ahead of time. This retreat is peaceful but with lots to enjoy on the property, and the view CANNOT be beat. You feel a world away from everything yet only ~20 minutes into Quepos. Multiple friends have asked for the link to this property and I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the amazing stay!!

Beautiful place. Amazing views. Difficult to find. 30-90 min drive to Quepos, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend using the Rio Naranjito bridge to get easier access to Quepos and the national park. Most apps show this bridge closed, but it is not (only closed to large trucks and buses).

We had a fantastic stay at the Tucon Villa! Visited in April 2025 as a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The property is perfect for families or groups, with a great pool enjoyed by both kids and adults. The garden, full of fruit trees, added a peaceful, tropical vibe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—super convenient for multiple families—and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. The on-site washer and dryer were a huge plus. We also loved birdwatching right from the property! The location is ideal, just a short drive to Quepos and Manuel Antonio, offering both convenience and privacy. The only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions for first-time visitors. Overall, highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

Teri’s place was a Costa Rican paradise! Absolutely gorgeous views, the pictures simply don’t do it justice! A completely private oasis while still less than 1/2 hour from Manuel Antonio and Quepos with plenty of restaurants/shops if you’re looking for something to do. We spent a week there with 4 adults and 7 kids and it was very family friendly, though it would be a perfect romantic/adult getaway too. Bedrooms were dreamy, kitchen was well equipped, house was nicely appointed, outdoor space and pool were just absolute perfection! One thing to note: IF YOU FOLLOW A GPS TO THE ADDRESS, it will take you a much longer route and will take you 30 mins on an extremely rough gravel road. The host was proactive in letting us know to take a different route- 616 over a bridge that gps says is closed/out of order-but we opted to follow the gps the first time to avoid getting lost somewhere without WiFi. Highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the suggested route and going via the bridge!

Great place to stay! Jose was very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the house and area. Teri was awesome to work with. We can’t wait to come back in the future!

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was wonderful and the surroundings were absolutely gorgeous! We were able to see all kinds of wildlife right from the patio: monkeys, toucans and all kinds of butterflies just to name a few. It's a bit off the beaten track, but that was a positive for us. Jose was so helpful and responsive - we really loved his dogs! We also splurged and had Chef Pepe cook a delicious meal for us. It was such a magical place to stay!

Teri’s place is nothing short of stunning. Beautifully appointed, very clean, spacious, perfect layout, breathtaking views. Beyond my expectations. I would return over and over and over again and it wouldn’t get old. Also, Jose was a pleasure and super helpful.
