An excellent experience. An extremely comfortable house with private beach access and just 15 minutes from the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park via the same beach. The reception was impeccable as well. Thank you so much for everything!

The house was great and the location was the best part. Chef Ana made our trip that much more enjoyable, her food was spectacular! Grounds keeper and house keeper were wonderful kept everything clean and ready for use including laundry which was so nice to have. Fabian coordinated all of our excursions transportation, and checked on us constantly to ensure we had everything. We had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Super great house, pool and beach. Many animals (monkeys, agoutis, raccoons, large lizards and birds) have been observed in the garden. Great service, would highly recommend it!

John's house was a huge hit with our family. The outdoor space was really special. A hottub and swimming pool with an “infinity wall" at the end and a gate leading out onto a beautiful pacific beach. Macaws and monkeys in the trees, basilisk lizards and agoutis roaming the garden. Inside was very well appointed, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It's also probably the closest house to Manual Antonio National Park. It was great to leave the car behind, walk though our garden gate onto the beach and take a 15 minute walk to get there. We highly recommend John’s house.

Discovery Beach House exceeded every expectation. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the beach and several excellent beachfront restaurants. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the wildlife. We enjoyed nightly visits from monkeys and daily visits from beautiful macaws right on the property. The grounds are stunning, with a gorgeous pool, relaxing hot tub, and lush tropical landscaping that is meticulously maintained. The staff made our stay exceptional. The concierge was responsive and helpful, the groundskeeper kept everything immaculate, and the house cleaner did a fantastic job. We cannot say enough good things about this property. If you’re looking for a beautiful home, amazing wildlife, a great location, and outstanding service, Discovery Beach House is hard to beat. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful! It’s a short drive to great restaurants. We saw a lot monkeys, a sloth with a baby right in the backyard. There were macaws too! Lots of nature and animals to see. The beach access is perfect for families. If you stay here, you will love it! Thank you, Fabian, Manuela and Juan for all the help!
