The Space
This property offers four beds: three king-size and one queen-size. If you require an additional bed, bedding, and towels, there is an extra charge. The extra mattress can be placed in the living room or one of the bedrooms, depending on your preference.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper terrace area.
Location and Access
The roads leading to the property are not suitable for bald tires. Skilled drivers can manage with a 4x2 vehicle, but be prepared to climb hills to reach the scenic views.
Flamingo Marina is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
Please note that there is no beachfront access or walking path to the beach from the property.
Identification is required upon arrival.

Everything is very nice, very nice place, excellent view, spacious and pleasant to enjoy privacy with friends and family! The only thing I would recommend is a shower in the pool area.

Good place to vacation, incredible view, comfortable place, excellent pool and good privacy. The person who works on the property is very attentive, respectful, and offers immediate help with anything you need. Also, his dog Milo is very affectionate. The place is very close to the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. We enjoyed it very much and recommend the place for other people to stay.

The place is wonderful 👏 the view is beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is exquisite. We only had a problem with a bathroom, which didn't work well, but everything else was excellent 👌

As described, a spacious house with good views, very quiet area, security at the entrance, with air conditioning, Internet, barbecue, and also Hery, who helps you with any issues. They left us extra towels for the pool. They explain every detail about the entrance well, since there are some unpaved areas on the access road. I would only suggest checking the cleanliness of the kitchen more thoroughly before guests arrive, as I found some areas that could be improved.

The accommodation is very nice and has a good view of the Tamarindo marina from above. Good parking for 2 cars. The kitchen is very well equipped. Really, everything you need. Erick, who showed us the accommodation, was very friendly.
