Guest Access

• Entire home with three bedrooms and four queen beds is exclusively yours, including the outdoor covered patio, dining area, and grill
• Pool, plunge tub, and entrance steps are shared with other guests or the owners staying in the studio cabaña on the 1,400 m² property
• Private parking is not available; only small spaces for motorcycles and ATVs on-site
• Free public street parking is available 50 meters from the top of the street and 80 meters from the bottom of the hill
• Secured paid parking is also available near the beach

Location and Accessibility

• The home sits 35 meters above sea level and requires a short but steep climb up a hill
• Healthy guests can reach the house in about 2 minutes on foot
• This incline may be challenging for individuals with asthma, heart or breathing conditions, knee problems, injuries, or mobility difficulties
• Please inform us if any travelers in your group have concerns about the climb
