Es perfecta para grupos grandes que desean disfrutar de la vista al mar y relajarse. Está ubicada en Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas.
Distribución de la casa
La casa tiene tres niveles:
- Nivel principal: 1 habitación, alberca, cocina, sala y comedor.
- Segundo nivel: 2 habitaciones, sala de juegos y terraza que conecta con otra habitación, fogata y gimnasio.
- Tercer nivel: 2 habitaciones adicionales, separadas del edificio principal y accesibles por la terraza.

Ubicación
La villa está en Cabo San Lucas, dentro del reconocido desarrollo Pedregal, a 5 minutos en auto del centro. Está a poca distancia a pie de canchas de tenis y del café de Pedregal para un desayuno saludable.
Pedregal cuenta con una playa impresionante ideal para fotografías (no apta para nadar). La playa Médano, a solo 5 minutos en coche, ofrece excelentes restaurantes, clubes de playa, hoteles y un mar apto para nadar.
Recomendaciones
Aunque está cerca del centro, se recomienda rentar un auto, taxi o Uber, ya que la casa está en una colina y regresar caminando puede ser complicado.
La alberca del último piso se calienta en invierno y hay un pequeño jacuzzi disponible todo el año.

Acceso para huéspedes
- El primer nivel es accesible para sillas de ruedas.

We went down with a bachelor party of 14 guys. The place was everything we were hoping for and had more than enough room for our group. Great amenities and lots to do in this place. Host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and informative all of the details. The only minor con was that it was extremely hot outside (August) and the AC in the main kitchen/living room area of the house struggled a bit to keep up, but would recommend and would go back!

Excellent stay for our group of 11 celebrating a 30th birthday. The house had SO much space, we made use of both pools and most of the common areas. The host was so responsive and gave us recommendations. Great views and quick drive to the marina. Thank you Villa Del Norte!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa. The hostess and her team were great to work with and easy to communicate with. They made sure we were comfortable and any and all questions we had even if they didn’t pertain to the villa itself were addressed and they helped us. The team truly went above and beyond. Regina was very responsive and extremely helpful during our visit -- the location is fantastic with ease of access to the water and down town locations. Connected us with private chef and groceries + gave recommendations for local activities. Villa is in a quiet + safe location with a security gate and has a lot of communal space so it's great for both small and large groups! s/o to the courtside cafe (0.2 miles away) which is perfect for a quick walk in the morning for coffee and small breakfast. limited towels for larger groups so may need to run some laundry but fortunately all of this is provided!
