El espacio
Entra a tu refugio privado en Cartagena. Esta espaciosa villa de cuatro habitaciones cuenta con piscina y jacuzzi privados, creando un ambiente relajante con total privacidad. Ubicada en el corazón de la ciudad amurallada histórica, la propiedad está a pocos pasos de restaurantes reconocidos, lugares emblemáticos y vida nocturna.
Los huéspedes también cuentan con servicio de portero y seguridad las 24 horas, así como servicio de limpieza diario para una estadía cómoda y sin preocupaciones.
La casa adosada se encuentra dentro de un condominio y está distribuida en cuatro niveles:
- El primer nivel incluye:

- Comedor

- Patio con piscina privada
- Mesa de comedor exterior
- El segundo nivel cuenta con tres habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño privado completo.
- El tercer nivel incluye:
- Cuarta habitación con baño completo
- Terraza abierta con asientos exteriores
- Jacuzzi
- El cuarto nivel ofrece un solárium con sillas reclinables y vistas abiertas de la ciudad.

Acceso de los huéspedes
Al llegar, Katia les dará la bienvenida y les mostrará la propiedad. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de toda la casa, excepto la habitación de la empleada y el área de lavandería.

Todos los huéspedes que se hospeden o visiten la casa deben registrarse previamente en la recepción. Si planean recibir visitas, infórmennos con anticipación para poder hacer los arreglos necesarios.

I want to thank Ivan for allowing us to stay at his place. The place was absolutely beautiful, it was clean. The AC in each room worked perfect perfectly, the maid was there on time to tidy up each day. The place has great amenities besides what you have in the location. The security, made you feel safe to leave and exit that place. We will definitely book again when we come back.

This place and location was a great fit. 4 of us stayed here on our annual guy trip, I would totally stay here again. Ivan was very responsive, reception was accommodating, and the cleaning service was remarkable. A+

The ladies I hired directly with the host did not do the best cleaning. The hot tub was always dirty, and they only cleaned the kitchen and made the beds. It really is the only thing. Otherwise, everything is SPECTACULAR. The house is divine, and Ivan is an excellent host.

We had a great stay in Cartagena! The place was perfect for our group of friends—clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great home base for our trip. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy everything Cartagena has to offer. Ivan was a great host and communication was easy throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cartagena with a group of friends. Would happily stay again!

Incredible and memorable experience in beautiful Cartagena and Ivan’s place was a big part of it. Can’t think of a better location that was exquisitely private and convenient for a large group, quiet and serene yet in the middle of the walled city. Ivan is an excellent and experienced communicator, very sensible and extremely helpful. So glad our paths have crossed.

I had the place to myself, but it’s really for big families or groups. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Many places to read or relax. It was clean and felt right at home. I would stay here again. Great location, not too loud but close to everything else.
