The Space

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is situated within the exclusive Gran Pacifica Golf Beach and Resort. The property features a private pool and a spacious terrace equipped with hammocks, surrounded by palm trees, creating a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation.

The master bedroom includes a private bathroom, while the second bedroom contains two double beds and shares a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Additionally, there is a charcoal grill located near the pool for outdoor cooking.

Guests have full access to the entire house.

Guest Access

Guests can enjoy access to the common areas within Gran Pacifica, which spans over 2,500 acres and offers 5.5 kilometers of beachfront. Amenities include:

• Six different beach access points with oceanfront ranches
• Three swimming pools located in various communities
• Extensive green spaces
• Cobblestone roads
• Beachfront restaurant
• Shared parking

To enter these areas, Gran Pacifica requires a pass costing $19.75 per night (VAT included) for up to six people, with a maximum stay of seven nights. A special fee is available for hassle-free access, payable by cash or card upon arrival at the main entrance.

Please note that the pass is optional; however, without it, access to these resort areas is restricted.

Location and Connectivity

• There is no Tigo phone signal in the area; only Claro service is available.
• The property does not provide a speaker for music, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Please keep music volume moderate after 11 p.m.
