Villa Lapas es una hermosa casa de dos habitaciones, ubicada a solo unos minutos de la playa, el parque nacional y Quepos. Rodeada de una exuberante selva tropical, la propiedad ofrece un entorno privado lleno de vida silvestre y naturaleza.
El espacio

La casa principal cuenta con dos amplias habitaciones principales, cada una con baño privado, además de una espaciosa sala y cocina que se abren hacia el área exterior y la piscina.
Una escalera exterior conduce desde el área de estacionamiento hasta Villa Lapas. Las dos habitaciones se encuentran en el nivel superior, junto a una sala de estar independiente:

El apartamento nuevo se encuentra debajo de la terraza para tomar el sol y se accede a él por un corto sendero exterior. Compacto, moderno y encantador, cuenta con puertas corredizas de vidrio que conectan las habitaciones con la sala y los patios exteriores.

The place was beautiful and very clean. We had the pleasure of seeing capuchin and squirrel monkeys plus a pair of toucans during our stay that visited the house. It was a very peaceful stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance but most involve walking a very steep hill. We had a rental car and drove everywhere.

The layout of the house is really cool; the pictures don't really do it justice. Also, the real gem of booking this property is the concierge, Vanessa. She was fantastic. She was extremely helpful booking activities, giving suggestions, and went out of her way to setup a birthday celebration for my daughter at a local restaurant. Highly recommend using her services.

Beautiful stay with lush greenery and wildlife surrounding the airbnb. Inside the amenities were as described. Knocked 1 star off due to a camera on the patio that faced directly onto the patio seating as well as directly inside the living room and kitchen. Not a huge deal but also slightly uncomfortable to feel like we are being surveillanced.

Was looking to stay in a spacious, comfortable home with a pool and surrounding nature, and it delivered. The large home is in a beautiful jungle setting with plenty of areas to lounge and relax. We loved seeing the various birds and monkeys visiting the property every day. Everything was great. Having a car was convenient for getting around given the home is tucked into a more remote/private street.

The house is beautiful, no doubt about it. But finding the house was a truly awful experience. Map/address was completely wrong. Directions were way too vague. Host was unresponsive with an average response time of 8 hours, which, if you’re having a hard time finding the place and it’s after business hours, you’re going to be SOL. It was a miracle we found it. Also, basement rooms were really dank and smelled strongly of mildew, even after I ran the dehumidifier and AC all day, so they were unusable as rooms. House was super beautiful and SUPER clean, but with all the issues we experienced, I would not recommend this to my friends. This is truly the only bad experience we’ve had with Airbnb, but we almost had to sleep in our car with our two young kids the first night because we couldn’t find the home and the host never replied to us until the next morning.
