El lugar es muy tranquilo, a la orilla del río, pero debe considerarse que se comparten las áreas comunes con otras personas y no todo el mundo es igual de tranquilo y silencioso. El parqueo está un poco alejado de las habitaciones y es imprescindible llevar capa, paraguas o sombrilla. Es gratificante dormir bajo el arrullo del río y de la lluvia que cae sobre el techo. Se presentó un pequeño inconveniente con la limpieza del inodoro, pero se resolvió al instante. No se logró utilizar las piscinas ni bañarse en las pozas del río, debido a las fuertes lluvias en La Fortuna, pero en días calurosos será un plus para los huéspedes. La señal de wifi no llega tan nítida a las habitaciones, quizá debido a que el router se ubica en el área de recepción. Debe considerarse que el baño y la ducha no tienen puertas, por lo que es posible que se pringuen un poco las áreas adyacentes.

Perfect location if you are looking to connect with nature in a private peaceful space. River access was great!!! Very close to town in car only 7 minutes. Soda & small store very close. I extended my stay a day because La Fortuna was so amazing. Note: parking is not by cabin so always have an umbrella. Bug spray! Kitchen has no basic items like oil or salt/pepper so bring some. Nightlife is animals are very loud. But that’s what to expect in the jungle.

wat een fantastische plek! echt een superleuk jungle huisje! heel rustig (er waren weinig andere gasten) en sowieso weg van de drukte van de stad, midden in de natuur naast een riviertje. prachtig onderhouden tuin. echt een geweldige plek om te verblijven. had hier nog wel een week kunnen zitten!

I 100% recommend Cabañas Río Escondido. It’s surrounded by nature and so so peaceful. Silvia was excellent in helping me find a local place to ear at when it was already dark out and I didn’t want to go too far. There is this local restaurant and mini market about 6 minutes walking from the cabanas. Area seems safe. I had a great experience there!!

O lugar é lindo! Super aconchegante, em meio a natureza e bem próximo da cidade. Adorei a estadia. E tambem fomos muito bem recepcionados.
