Our group got bigger just weeks before the trip. This place was one of only two that offered a great deal, and I don't regret picking it at all. Walking in and seeing those massive doors, the kind built for a giant to open, we knew we'd stepped into something legit. The whole group felt like we were entering an old-world museum. We hesitated to touch anything because the entry alone was that amazing, with cathedral-height ceilings. The old-world architecture, plus the rusty building next door, set a tone and added character. On a clear night, falling asleep in one of the outdoor beds felt like heaven. The location was close enough that really lovely restaurants were within walking distance. It was also far enough that we rarely heard the city's hustle and bustle. For 9–11 people, this place turned the trip into something that made us all hate coming back to America. This is the kind of trauma you need in your life. Get it.

Our host was an exceptional communicator, ensuring a seamless and wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was equally helpful and attentive, while the amenities exceeded expectations and kept the entire family happy. Everything ran smoothly without a single hiccup, though it was clear that any issue would have been addressed promptly. A truly fantastic stay with an even better host.

My group of 8 stayed at Mark’s place for our trip to Cartagena. From the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely incredible. Mark’s place is beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, and the location gave us easy access to everything we wanted to experience in Cartagena. What really took the experience to another level was Mark’s staff. They are truly elite when it comes to hospitality. Everyone was friendly, caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had an unforgettable trip. A special thanks to Brayan, who was helpful & genuine during our entire stay. He made such a positive impact on our group in such a short amount of time that, by the time we left, it honestly felt like we left one of our family members behind. Imma skeptical person and often things aren’t up my expectations. Not in this case. I can’t say enough about Brian, Olga and Oscar’s hospitality to my party of 11. From large items to minor details, they were more than willing to assist. Brian was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Olga is a great chef and kept our villa spotless. I really enjoyed my stay and will return. Thanks Mark!

10/10 spot from the house and rooms to the staff. also the location was Mint. I would definitely stay here again great for a large group
