La casa está ubicada sobre la carretera principal para mayor comodidad y fácil acceso. De vez en cuando pueden pasar motocicletas, lo que podría ser ruidoso para algunos huéspedes.
La zona está en crecimiento y actualmente se están realizando trabajos de construcción al otro lado de la calle. Lamentamos cualquier ruido asociado.

The place is very nice and quiet. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a very well-equipped kitchen, an excellent pool and a great location. It's definitely a place we'd come back to.

The place itself is beautiful, has parking, a nice pool, and you can even see monkeys from a distance,l. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the host’s dogs. A Rottweiler and a Doberman were roaming freely without leashes around the parking area, pool, and right outside our accommodation, the dog almost gets inside the villa. We were traveling with our 12month child. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since we were not informed beforehand that large dogs would be roaming freely in guest areas. We understand that dogs are part of life in Costa Rica, but guests should be able to feel safe in the areas where they stay, particularly when traveling with children. We ultimately decided to leave because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. It is a shame because the property itself is lovely, but this situation significantly affected our experience. I hope the host takes appropriate measures to prevent this from happening to future guests.

We used the small villa for two people. Excellent location, friendly hosts, very nice gardens, very well equipped, clean, private and safe. We will return. We were able to bring our pet and had a great time without any inconvenience. Highly recommended.

The best villa we have stayed in in Costa Rica. Super comfortable mattresses and pillows, well-equipped kitchen, nice pool (which people came to clean and maintain), comfortable loungers next to it. We wanted to extend for another 4 days, but unfortunately it was already booked.

Loved our stay! Peter was great; he came to meet us and we talked a lot, and he answered all our questions. Angel was very attentive and responded quickly to our messages. The location was close to everything we wanted to see! I’ve already recommended the place to friends who want to come to Costa Rica!

Host was very personable and friendly… and stopped by to introduce herself on arrival… she was very informed and helpful with connecting us to resources for we were looking for in our travels and I was so impressed with our talks. I was also impressed with the laundry list of items we had access to such as pool grill and kitchen items like toaster blender coffee maker microwave and the list goes on… Lawn chairs, private covered sitting area with hammocks and much more! I would definitely recommend this as a private little getaway very close to Punta Uva beach which is arguably the nicest beach on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica (after having seen most of the pacific and Caribbean beaches in the country!!!). Pool open until 10pm so you can enjoy evening swimming after a long day of running about and close to Puerto Veijo with lots of restaurants along the main road. I would even say of all the Airbnbs I’ve contracted in the past five years this has been my favorite!
