Paradise on Earth! Beachfront Condo

Eve’s place was immaculate. Location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Minutes to the strip for all the food and music. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

This is a very well appointed, nicely furnished and clean 5 bedroom unit with a large very nice balcony overlooking and very close to the beach. Great place to hang out. We had 10 adults on this trip-4 couples and 2 friends. No hesitation recommending this location. All of the bedrooms are on the second or third floor however there is an elevator for luggage or those with mobility issues. One third floor bedroom did not have a bathroom and had to use a second floor bathroom. The unit is in a small gated community with an extremely nice person at the gate. The entrance is less than a block from the beach. There is a small but nice community pool near the entrance to the unit along with a grill. You can walk along the entire beach with this unit toward the south end of Jaco Beach. You can then walk about 1.5 blocks to the downtown strip which parallels the beach. The downtown is walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops etc (or a very short cab ride.

This property is beyond beautiful. The pictures don’t do justice of how spacious, beautiful, and elegant the condo is. We felt so safe in the gated community. It sits right in front of the water and the views are breathtaking. We slept to the sound of waves every night. Perfectly located. Tons of restaurants within steps.

We had a fantastic time at Eve’s place in Jacó. The property is right on the beach and has a nice shared pool which the kids really loved. The views from the balconies are marvelous, especially at sunset. We stayed at the house with two families with children between 1 and 8 years old and everyone had a great time. Spacious bedrooms, nice living space + kitchen and lovely outdoor seating. Another plus is that it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants, which helps when you’re traveling with small kids. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

This place is amazing! Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at! You can’t beat the location - it is literally steps away from the beach. Gated community with pool, so it feels very secure. The house is very spacious. Beds are comfortable and it was a perfect fit for our 2 families, 10 people total - a perfect fit for that amount of people. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you may need. The patio has a large table and loungers, which was a nice addition! It has a luxurious feel! The best part about the place is the view! Gorgeous! We would love to come back! Host was very responsive and friendly, was able to accommodate us with a few requests! Much appreciated!
