The Space
The studio is situated atop a small mountain within a private guest house, offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The property features five guest rooms, each with a separate entrance and a spacious terrace. The studios are approximately 25 square meters in size and designed for comfort and simplicity.
Each studio apartment includes:
- A large 2 x 2 meter bed
- An open-concept bathroom
- A private toilet
- Air conditioning
- Towels and bed linen provided
Guests are responsible for bringing their own personal hygiene items, although specific requests can be accommodated upon arrangement.
The open communal kitchen is located on the upper floor, adjacent to a large terrace with stunning sea views. This shared space encourages guests to relax, socialize, and enjoy the scenery together.
Cleaning services for the studios and kitchen are provided once a week, including fresh towels and bed linen.

The guest house is conveniently located just five minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Guests are welcome to explore the guest house freely, including the garden and terraces. Each studio has its own private entrance, while the kitchen and upper terrace are shared spaces. Free parking is available on the premises.

Ich hatte wunderschöne Tage in Santa Teresa, dank Betty habe ich mich sehr schnell wie daheim gefühlt. Das Appartement war wirklich der Hammer!Genau nach meinen Vorstellungen/Geschmack! Vor allem der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön! Der Kontakt mit Betty ist unkompliziert. Sie kennt die Gegend, kann sehr gute Empfehlungen geben, ist immer hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Gästen eine tolle Zeit zu ermöglichen. Ich kann es wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an der stelle! Ich hatte oft sehr gute Erfahrungen mit den Hosts und AirBnBs , aber Hier war es noch einmal eine andere Liga 🤩🫶🏻 vielen dank, ich werde wieder kommen!

Absolut einer der schönsten Unterkünfte in denen wir jemals waren! Fantastische Aussicht, ein perfekter Rückzugsort von der Hauptstraße, alles super clean und einfach bis ins letzte Detail perfekt. Affen schlendern morgens manchmal vorbei durch die Bäume, der Mangobaum auf dem Grundstück liefert frisches Obst, die Terassen mit bestem Meerblick. Wirklich ein Traum! Der Host ist Betty und sie ist überragend!! Sie hat uns enorm viel geholfen-schon bevor wir vor Ort waren Dinge zu organisieren - super freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit zurück kommen ! 100% Empfehlung und Liebste Grüße

Our stay at Betty’s place was the absolute highlight of our Costa Rica trip. The house sits on a small hill by the coast, offering breathtaking views over the jungle and ocean — truly unforgettable. If you have a rental car, a 4x4 is highly recommended due to the steep hill, though it’s also manageable on foot if you’re mobile. Betty is an amazing host — incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. You can feel the love and attention to detail in every corner. The house is spotless, modern, and features a lovely private terrace. It’s very quiet, safe, and perfectly located — close to town and right by the beach. A standout feature is the shared outdoor kitchen and terrace, which is extremely well equipped. We loved cooking there and enjoying the view. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly, highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit, wunderschöne Lage und konnten uns bestens Entspannen. Betty machte uns den Checkin und Checkout sehr bequem und gab uns sehr viele Hilfreiche Tipps bei der Restaurant und Surflesson wahl. Herzlichen Dank, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt!

Betty is a phenomenal host. The location is beautiful, love the view and the shared kitchen. The walk from the beach is relatively quick and good for a short cardio workout. I highly recommend Betty’s place to stay in Santa Teresa.

Betty is a godsend, like a mother goose. It was my fiance's birthday and she went way beyond a great host and wrote us a welcome letter and balloons all over the room. My fiance felt so welcome and special when we arrived. Betty was responsive to our needs and checked in on us to ensure we had everything. The views are just like the pictures but better just breath-taking views. When Betty says you need a 4x4 to get to the place believe her, its on the top of a very steep hill so if you are not in shape you're going to need an ATV to get around town because when you get to the bottom of the hill the town has NO sidewalks and very little parking. This is a location where you can stay in the Airbnb all day if you want because the shared kitchen has such a welcoming space with very fast internet. It is a place to do remote work while having a beautiful view. This is the jungle so there are bugs and the rooms have No AC so be aware of that. The beds are very comfortable
