The property provides privacy and security, featuring five bedrooms, a living room with a smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, a bar, and a pool with breathtaking views. The rooftop includes a lounge area, dining table, sun loungers, and a second smaller pool.

All facilities are private, and the residence is secured 24/7.

The Space

Experience stunning views of Acapulco Bay from this elegant villa. The property accommodates large groups comfortably, with options for discounts on extended stays.

• Daily cleaning service included (for monthly rentals, cleaning is provided but not daily).
• For groups of 16 guests or more, an additional fee of 500 pesos per night per person applies.
• Additional cleaning assistance is available at 600 pesos per day for larger groups.
• A cook is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, seafood dishes, and can have dinner ready. She sources fresh seafood and charges 700 pesos per day, payable in cash.
• If the group exceeds 16 guests and the cooking service is hired, extra help for the cook is required at 600 pesos per day.
• The villa prioritizes security, privacy, and comfort.

Bedrooms

The villa has five spacious bedrooms, each offering beautiful views:

• Main Bedroom (First Floor): King-size bed, king-size sofa bed, dressing room, full bathroom, air conditioning, and TV.
• Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): Two queen-size beds, one single bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, and smart TV.
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Two queen-size beds, full bathroom, air conditioning, and smart TV.
• Bedroom 4 (Second Floor): One king-size bed, full bathroom located just outside the room, air conditioning, and TV.
• Bedroom 5 (Second Floor): One king-size bed, full bathroom, and air conditioning.

There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

Guest Access and Policies

• Check-in time: 4 PM
• Check-out time: 12 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged in advance with additional fees based on extra hours.

Sergio, the local administrator, will welcome guests, provide a tour of the house and amenities, hand over the keys, and collect a security deposit of 4,000 pesos (Mexican pesos) for potential damages or noise violations. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout after inspection.

Guests must notify Sergio if arriving later than the scheduled check-in time. He can receive guests until 8 PM. For arrivals after 8 PM, keys will be left with security. Guests must present official identification and proof of the security deposit transfer to retrieve the keys.

Additional Information

The villa is situated within a private community. Guests are expected to respect neighbors by avoiding loud noises and parties. Any fines related to noise or parties will be deducted from the security deposit immediately.

Extra staff are hired in advance upon request to ensure timely service. Please note that extra services such as early check-in, late check-out, additional guests, or extra staff are non-refundable.
