Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 6 people:
- Queen size bed in the master bedroom
- Two single beds in each of the guest bedrooms (can be combined to form comfortable king-sized beds if needed)

Guests have access to all Hacienda Iguana amenities, including:
- 9-hole golf course
- Beach club
- Beach club swimming pool
Rates
Rates include cleaning every second day and are as follows:

- $150 per night for 1-2 people
- $15 per additional person

- $170 per night for 1-2 people

Holidays (Christmas, New Year's, and Easter):
- $270 per night for 1-2 people

- 5-night minimum stay
Book 10 nights and get the 10th night free. Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

The place is perfectly located right beside the beach club and that is convenient. The house is comfortable in general but they do need to do maintenance to the property in general. They also need to add more elements to have an equipped kitchen and probably make the beds a little more comfortable with quality pillows. Otherwise, our stay was perfect, they were responsive and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible.

The place is super nice! I will 100% come back. We were arriving early and they kindly enough let us do an early checked. The house had everything we needed, games , books, pool towels. Made the stay very comfortable.

The biggest reason why I like this villa is that it has good access to the beach and allows me to walk with my children. The sea seen from the first floor terrace is so peaceful. I am very satisfied with the accommodation that was prepared without any shortcomings. Lastly, the manager Mr. Mario always surprises us with his quick responses. 😀

Perfect location for our family. Our toddlers loved being so close to the pool, beach, and playground. We also appreciated the cleaning service during our stay. Mario and his team were very helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

It is very well located, as it was on the ground floor, it was very comfortable. It has good views and you feel safe. The air conditioners work very well and it is super close to the beach, you arrive without problem walking! I definitely recommend this place to enjoy a good and quiet beach day.
