The Space

The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. The second bedroom contains two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet, sharing a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-size bed.
From the living room, you can open the doors to an outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs—an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning views.

Wonderful location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beach access, great restaurants, and walkable distance. Playa de Carmen per se is expensive compared to other locations in Mexico, but this place is worth the price.

I had a great time and location was nice! Next to a nice restaurant on the beach and walking distance every store and restaurant within a few steps. Water is beautiful. There is sargasso but very minimal almost not existent. They clean the beaches daily. Would definitely come back.

We loved this Airbnb, the location was perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants but also secluded and peaceful, just a few steps from the beach, the staff from the whole property were super friendly. The beach in front of the property is great for little ones. Overall a great experience

This is a wonderful location! The accommodations are excellent and match the description. You are an easy walk to shops, restaurants/bars but also away from the busy street. The pool and beach access are both exceptional as is the on property staff! Michelle is an exceptional host! She answered all of our questions, made great recommendations and helped us book several outings. This was so helpful as it was our first time visiting this area. It was the perfect vacation property for our family! Highly recommend and we would definitely book it again!

We had such an amazing stay at Michelle’s place. It felt like we were staying at a resort. The inside is clean and beautifully decorated. Anna met us upon arrival and was so kind and offered us any help we needed. The pool is steps away. Just beyond that is a small private beach with loungers and umbrellas and you can drinks, food, and massages right next door. Walk a short distance and you’re right near tons of shops and restaurants. Really hoping to make a return visit

The location is perfect with the pool, ocean and restaurants are all being so close. The condo worked out perfect for our family and we have no complaints. Michelle was a wonderful host and the property and staff were amazing.

Location can not be beat. Directly on a private beach and right off the pedestrian-only Quinta Avenida with all the shopping and eating. Spacious and well equipped condo.
