The apartment is just as it is described and in the photos, Luz was very friendly and helpful. Very well located, close to commerce and a few minutes to the beach. At night you hear a noise from the pool machines, but Luz and the team that works in the building were on the lookout.

Luz’s condo far exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautiful, comfortable…. Luz was accommodating through the entirety of our stay. It was a joy!

The things that were offered in photography were the ones that are in the apartment, everything was very accessible and comfortable, highly recommended, both the host and the facilities of the apartment

We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location was very central and the roof top pools were amazing! Would stay again.

The place was amazing clean you got everything you need towel beach towel you provide a shampoo, soap, blow, dryer, and so much more. It was an amazing stay.

Luz's apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos -- and 100% has the best balcony in the entire complex! Luz is an amazing host and the property had many of the amenities we needed for an easy stay. It was also my second time staying in the Ipana complex and we loved it - the heated rooftop pools are amazing, parking was convenient, and location is great. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, but far enough to be away from the noise. The only recommendations we have for improvement are cushions for the outdoor patio set and some more hot water for the shower :) Overall a perfect stay and we'd choose Luz's apartment again any time!

The apartment's location is incredible, the security and facilities inside it are just as good. Luz always responded to all my questions and responded immediately. I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent this place again, no doubt a 10/10

Luz was really responsive and quickly answering our request and always available to help! The place is amazing, just two blocks away from the 5th avenue and in the same street of the best restaurants of Playa! The rooftop is amazing, with four different pools, a gym and a bar. All the facility managers at the building were super helpful and nice too. The building is super quiet and new. Would definitely stay here next time 🤍

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area was awesome and the adults only area is a definite plus! Luz was quick to respond to any questions.
