Golden Zone Penthouse

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within easy walking distance, including great restaurants, shopping, and all the fun Bucerías has to offer. We especially loved having a private beach area and a restaurant right outside our back door. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is beautiful and impeccably clean. The beach has its palm hut area, and the pool is very clean. The ocean view is the best thing about the condominium. Bucerías is a very quiet place with few restaurants nearby, but they are all worth it. They are very nice and delicious. If you want to be in a quiet beach location, this is the perfect place. If you want a little more partying, Sayulita is 20 minutes away. Nuevo Vallarta is 20 minutes away, and Puerto Vallarta is 45 minutes away. There is a place called Cacao for making and tasting chocolate 7 minutes from the condominium that I recommend you visit. We will definitely go back. The only thing is that there is only an elevator to the 5th floor, and you have to climb stairs to get to the 6th floor, where the condo is. It wasn't a problem for us, but I'm just letting you know in case you have trouble climbing stairs. The host is very kind and always answers any questions. Perfect condo for a wonderful vacation.

This is our 4th time in the condo and we really love the place. The renovations are great and the new master suite is perfect. The location is great, view is amazing and the home is wonderful. Our only issue this time around was receiving responses to our questions on the AirBnB app. When instructions weren't clear I had to go down to their coffee shop and ask since no one responded. That said we would still book again.

The ocean view and sunsets are amazing. The location is walkable to groceries, a pharmacy, convenience stores, bike and paddle board rentals, and restaurants as well as all of the action and food carts in Centro. There were always lounge chairs available on the beach or by the pool. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. Many of the finishes and furniture have been updated but the photos have not, so it looks even nicer in person. The kitchen has all of the dishes and cookware you need to cook if you want as well as extras like ice cube trays and storage containers. Management was responsive when the washing machine was not working and they had someone come the next day to fix it. We had one issue after checkout when we were sent a photo of a cracked patio door off of the bedroom that we could not possibly have damaged. I recommend a walk through on check in like you would when renting a car to avoid this sort of thing. Would definitely stay in this location again.

It was an amazing space with a wonderful view. Our second time here and completely worth it. Super helpful staff that was quick to respond and resolve our self-created issue.

WOW!!!! The condo is a little piece of magic in a perfect area. This is the quiet side of Bucerias with excellent restaurants. One of the best restaurants is literally adjacent to the building on the beach, Karens. Plus, the "private" beach area with chairs and umbrellas is priceless. Make sure to look out for Max, the jewelry merchant who walks along the beach. He is awesome and will customize anything for you. I adore my white turquoise beads and bracelets. We hope to revisit this condo as much as we can!!!!

Beautiful penthouse condo. The view was something very special. Forever memories of the sunsets from our huge balcony every evening. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was a beautiful place with everything we needed and more. The view was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. They were responsive and very quick to take care of one of the air conditioners when there was a problem. The location was great and very walkable to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sharing in the release of the newly hatched turtles right in front of the building on Friday night. It was a highlight for us.
